We've owned homes in New York and S. Carolina and Taddeo is by far the best electrical service company we've ever hired. We had an estimate first which was thorough and extremely clear and well documented. They even fixed something minor for free just to be nice! They were honest and down to earth - I could tell the associated both respected and like the owner. Very good sign. We booked them and two employees came less then a week later. They did several projects and worked a couple of hours. They were quiet and unobtrusive, even working around me moving my 4 dogs in each area they needed. Very polite. Quick. Did a phenomenal job. I feel like high quality independent business are rare these days so I feel fortunate to been able to find Taddeo.

From 2013, when I purchased my dream home, I have been continuously adding to it's beautiful layout to perfection. We contacted Taddeo Electric to assist us with new appliances in our kitchen and asked about updating the poor lighting. Thinking there was no hope for the lighting, the owner Vinnie showed up to our kitchen with a displayed ""light show"". We were able to chose the color of the light and brightness in our kitchen. Placing it on a dimmer switch made it simply perfection. Thank you Taddeo Electric for your artistic creations in this forgotten industry.

Having been in our home a little over a year now, we had issues that needed to be addressed. Vinny's response was prompt to setting up the appointment. He listened to our issues had some great ideas on improving the lighting in our kitchen and in addressing other minor issues. No accountability.

Installed a dimmer that couldn't handle the voltage. When asked to rectify it, they blamed homeowner for using incorrect bulbs. Contractor should install components that can handle any configuration of the fixture.

After much complaining, they ""rectified"" it by installing a rocker switch and inspector failed the inspection because plans called for dimmer.

No ownership of their mistake and an unpleasant, expensive experience.
