Tim not only was prompt in helping me with an issue I had, but he showed a great deal of integrity. When I explained the problem I was experiencing with an electrical socket, he diagnosed the problem over the phone and gave me a helpful suggestion. He could have easily come over and charged me a $100 for a simple fix, but instead displayed a level of character you'd want with any technician. Thank you, Tim! Wish you continued success. Not only do we love our electric car, we LOVE not using gas even more. The only thing is that the best way to get the most out of it is to get the charger installed in your home and that can be a bit of a project between the permit and the city and the DWT. Even though if it's residential you can do the installation yourself but DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and get an electrician who knows what they're doing and has delt with all the entities already.
My only misgiving about Tim and T3 is that I didn't know him when we rebuilt our home because no one else is allowed to touch our electric anything anymore! He is absolutely the most honest, hardworking, and professional contractor we have used for anything. And he knows all about the electric chargers and has a great relationship with the city permit folks.

Used T3 for our primary electrician with our Tenant Improvements at our new facility in El Segundo. The owner Tim, was well knowledge about our requirements, and always had an inexpensive solution to sometimes some tricky installations. Couldn't recommend him enough.
