Home warranty sent this company out for a leak. They fixed the leak and told my tenant the plug was too short and the problem will come back if it's not replaced. I called T & N plumbing to ask if they were going to fix the problem and she said ""he fixed the leak, he's not going back"". Horribly rude lady on the phone. Not a company I'd do business with again. They did fix the leak but not a long term fix because they didn't replace the plug.
This was a reference from American Home Warranty. I had a leaking and clogged hot water heater. The tech came out and checked the water heater and said it was clogged with rust and calcium. Sent a report to the warranty company and said the problem was due to lack of maintenance. The heater was 15 years old and was flushed monthly. There is no other maintenance for a water heater to stop buildup. If your warranty company tries to send them ask for another company!!!!!! All of my friends have had similar bad experiences with them.
Another home warranty repair. Job was to replace a supply line valve, which is fairly straightforward. They gave me a time slot of 8 am to noon. He showed up at 2:30, needed to go buy a valve (he knew the repair before coming) and finished a few minutes before 4 pm. So I waited 8 hours for this job! Absolutely unacceptable service. No communication until I called and then I just got ""Sorry, he's running late."" They just don't care.
We were having an issue with a leaky faucet in April of 2019. First American Home Warranty sent a plumber from T and N Plumbing out to fix it. He was nice, professional, etc, etc. The faucet appeared to be fixed until a week ago, when I noticed the caulking was gone and the faucet was lifting. I called First American and they wanted me to open up another claim. I refused because I didn't feel as if I should have to pay another $75 for work I already paid to have done. They said they understood and referred me back to T and N. I called and explained the situation to them and she had the nerve to tell me that caulking isn't covered and I have to contact First American to open up a new claim. Really? How about your plumber fix it right the first time and we wouldn't have to be having this conversation.
Dharnesh and Abla were on time, professional and knowledgeable. Great customer service skills with great plumbing recommendations. They went above an beyond addressing all of our questions and helping us with 3 separate issues. Thank you!
Worst plumbing experience I've ever had. American Home warranty referred me to them for a leaking tub. Plumber came to house and said he couldn't turn the main off because it was rusted shut. Stated I needed to call city for shut off and replacement of valve then call for another appointment. 3 days later when tub began gushing I went out with tools ready to shut it off my self and what do you know? I simply brushed some rocks away and it shut off with minimal effort!!!! Liars/thieves or idiots!
Unfortunately, I had to go through them again so I called to fix leak. Guy showed up said he had to run for parts left me sitting waiting for 2 hours. Then I called Co and they said he had to ""find"" the parts and would reschedule again!! No courtesy call nothing I had to call them!!! Real plumber came today and bought part at hardware store, fixed bath and other little projects in less than 2 hours. T and N 2 tries nothing done. Real plumber 2 hours and above and beyond.
The customer service is extremely rude and unprofessional. I called to inquire about scheduling an appointment after submitting a service request with my home warranty company. They cut me off abruptly and told me they hadn't recieved the work order yet. I stated it had been 2 business days and asked if they could check with company since they said they sent it. They said it's my problem to deal with.
Even if it was up to me to do the leg work, the level of unprofessionalism just on the phone made me believe I would not trust them in my home.
T&N sent Nick Thomas via via my home warranty insurance company. While it took two tries for T&N to keep the appt (reason for not giving a full 5 stars), when Nick showed up, he was courteous and knew exactly what was needed. He inspected my leaky water heater and got all the details and told me the heater will be replaced and told me he will order and have the unit for us by the following week. He also looked our shower knob and after fiddling around for a few minutes, was able to solve the issue immediately for us. Really nice nice and made my day. I would give Nick's service a full five stars.
Pauline L.Contractor came and diagnosed issue with microwave. Scheduled follow up appointment and they were no shows after waiting for four hours. That meant loss of wages because I did not go to work. Unfortunately, they did not even call to notify me that they were not planning to show up (agent later was confused why my work order was ever canceled).
Scheduled a second follow up appointment for them to finally come with the correct part and fix the microwave. Sadly, they were no-shows again. Second day of lost wages. Disappointing that they did not communicate any of this. Unprofessional, to say the least.
Unless you have time and money and energy to waste, I'd recommend any other contractor. Even YouTube is more valuable.
David B.The plumber said he didn't have the right tool to fix my faucet, then said he would tighten the nut best he could with what he did have. He stripped it, and refused to fix it. They hung up the phone on me and refused to provide me with their licensing information
