I contacted my home warranty company for exhauster issue in the washroom. They sent out T&N plumbing to my house, the first guy said its an exhauster fan issue and will come back with parts. We have to give call back to know what is the status. This time new guy came to home, now he say he has to replace entire exhauster. what a Joke ?

None of the electrician spend even 5 minutes on the issue and they never explained any thing. They are very unprofessional.

I saw the ratings on yelp, thought they might have change. No looks its their working style.

I visited my rental property Sunday to check on the recent replacement of the hot water tank. I was getting an estimate on water damage in the storage shed which it's stored. To my shock there was a gas leak coming out of the new water heater! I tried calling the contact number listed in my First American Home warranty to reach T & N but there is no answer. I could not even leave a message in their answering machine. I talked to my home warranty and had to pay another claim cause it's been over 30 days of the service. (First I shouldn't pay a new claim on their messed up work.) Monday the new claim technician company canceled my claim told me they will not touch other companies installation due to liability. I was reassigned T & N and had to wait Tuesday on their appointment. Tuesday the assigned technician called out sick and canceled last minute on the appointment! Today, Wednesday whatever poorly trained technician came to the unit just took pictures and said to call PG&E to fix the leak and left!!! PG &E treated this in an urgent matter and arrived quickly in less then 30mins. I want people to be aware that who ever set up the water heater did it improperly and caused a gas leak! This carelessness almost cause a serious fire/explosion and dangerous risk to the family living in the unit. The service crew who came out and replaced the water heat did a poor and dangerous job! This company obviously did not make a gas leak an urgency that was cause by their handy work or care about the liability they would have towards their mishandling. PG &E made a report and they gave me the paperwork on their dangerous mishandling on this replacement heater.

This company was sent to my moms house thru her warranty, they came on a Friday and didn't finish the job, the plumber said someone from there company would be back out by the end of day and that never happened. She had to wait till Monday with no toilet or shower working to call her warranty company and canceled them , and called out a local plumbing company and they finished the job in 1hr. Don't use this plumbing company

This company T & N Plumbing & Electrical was contracted out by our home warranty provider (First American Home Warranty) to handle our exhaust fan issues. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Sonia their scheduler has no customer service skills whatsoever... she lies, misleading and rude! They canceled our appointment 3 times on the very same day after waiting 2 weeks for each appointment. The last and final 4th appointment was a no show. Save yourself the headache and do not deal with this garbage company!! If there was a minus -5 star it would be specifically made for this worthless company! ""STAY AWAY!""... ""STAY AWAY!""

These guys were contracted out by our home warranty. The first guy came in and did an assessment and we had to wait till they got approval which was later in the day. Abel and Felix came in and got the job done. They were quick, efficient and very professional. They left the job sight cleaner then when they arrived. My only gripe was they got there at the end of their time window because they were held up at another job. All in all I'm happy with their over the phone customer service from Sonia and the final installation from Abel and Felix.

They came out to my house after First American Home Warranty sent T & N Plumbing. They came to ""fix"" my master bathroom toilet. When they left, lets just say I now need a new kitchen ceiling, new carpets and even more toilet work. Water heavily dripped from the top floor to the second floor for nearly an hour before stopping. It dripped fastly through the vents, from behind the microwave and through the kitchen ceiling. The stove was drenched ( could not cook for some time) and it nearly ruined my brand new farmhouse table. We had to get the water up with Blankets...not towels...Blankets!! My toilet has flooded my house twice since T & N Plumbing left from performing work on my home. 3 inches of water with human waste in it that came back up from the toilet. My kids both have asthma. Its so bad, I had to take them to a relatives. My house is inhabitable and I have gotten sick twice from inhaling the Strong smell! We have Never had any issues with our home before. FAHW will not help and continue to state it is not their fault. Not even offering to point me in the right direction as their customer. Just simply stating, you'll have to fix it yourself...its not our fault or call the contractor. How is this possible when you are contracted with T & N Plumbing and sent them to me, your customer? :( Since it is considered an emergency FAHW stated that they would call me first thing in the morning to have someone come to fix the problem (because we cant be left with water and waste everywhere). I never received a phone call and no one has yet to come out. Please beware. This IS NOT my first bad experience with FHAW. Please do not use them and do not use T & N Plumbing!! Please....please beware!! this is not fun!!!

Wasted two days of my life I will never get back waiting for these people to show up only for them to finally say the warranty doesn't cover the issue. Why did you keep scheduling and rescheduled the appointment?! The technicians are rude af raising his voice yelling over me while I'm explaining the problem, rolling his eyes didn't even come in the house to check before leaving. The receptionist or who ever she was that took payment was just as rude yelling at me saying my card is declined because she is putting the numbers wrong. This is just an unprofessional company. Save yourself the headache and find someone else. Worst plumbing experience ever. Wish I can give no stars.

This company is trash and I wish home warranty would take them off their list. Plumber came out for hot water heater and dripping tub. After 20 minutes he informed me everything was fixed and all he had to do was hit the reset button for the hot water and he put a hole in the closet to get to the tub. Long story short I'm left with no hot water and a big hole and when I called T&N was told they was waiting on home warranty company to approve them coming back out but called home warranty company and was informed T&N said they couldn't do the job and to reassign it. ????

If I could give negative 10 stars I would. Old Republic Home warranty assigned this T&N company to my home. The tech Ricardo, did not really know what he was doing. He wasted our time, needed authorization for a job he was already authorized for ..He said he would be back??? I Called the T&N office and informed me the case was closed, to find another plumbing company. Which was not what we were told by the tech.

T&N is very very unprofessional. As I looked up other reviews which I should have done prior, I would have never approved for this plumbing company. It shows they do not live up to their standards of any! If you want to waste time pick T&N plumbing.

I had no choice to use them, as my First American Home warranty sent them to replace a garbage disposer. As soon as he parked, the plumber told me that they would want an additional $50 for the chrome beauty ring inside the sink, which is a standard included part (and was supposed to be covered under my home warranty.) If I refused this $50 shakedown fee, they would report to First American that I refused the disposer repair and would close the ticket.

FIVE calls to First American later (who have been told about the reviews of T&N, but don't care,) and First American finally gets in touch with T&N who LIED and said I needed a P Trap modification. Not one word was ever spoken about the P Trap. I have been in the plumbing industry for 25 years, and I know that this is a simple job, and the P Trap does not need modification. I could have done it myself in 45 minutes, but I have a home warranty, right? Why should I bother?

Bottom line, RUN, don't walk, away from this company. Other reviewers will also tell you about this shake down scam. The DA should investigate this company. First American is sending me a cash payout for my situation.
