Dishonest Pluming company they told my warranty company thy don't have a camera to view broken pipes so steer clear.

Too much to share but horrible customer service and the guys never know why they are here and always seem ready to leave if we let them to push it off on a different guy!!! They've been here multiple times, broke our sink and now our water pressure is shit!

Maybe it depends on who shows up, because I was pleasantly surprised! After reading other yelp reviews, I was nervous about what kind of experience I would have. Which is why I thought it was important to write a positive review. To let others know, who might have First American as their Home Warranty, that it is possible to have a good experience. Dispatch called in the morning to give me a more exact time of arrival. That was helpful! He wore shoe coverings (I prefer no shoes in the house) he was friendly with my dog, he cleaned up after himself (hosing off the patio and sweeping!) and he engaged me in conversation! He also showed me what was going on with the toilet, so hopefully next time I can fix that. (Maybe it was good to read the bad reviews because I was so happy with the service I received!) my plumber was Kevin, and I would recommend him!

If I was able to rate a negative I would. This company is AWFUL. I have a home warranty plan and they have a contract with this company and they were sent out to my home to fix a toilet issue. They came out 3 different times for the same issue. The first technician they sent out did absolutely NOTHING. The second technician I thought fixed the problem, only to have it break an hour after he left. The 3rd request, I never received a call to schedule the appointment and 2 technician showed up at my door before 9 am saying they called and spoke to my husband this morning (I don't have a husband) and when I asked what number they called they gave a number that was not my number. Then one of the technicians who was dressed in slacks, dress shoes and a button up proceeds to walk away like he was irritated because I told him that they never called me to schedule an appointment. Then he tells me that my ""landlord"" scheduled to have them come out, I informed him that I was the owner and he again, proceeds to walk away. Then I asked what work are you supposed to do, he couldn't answer the question. At this point I'm pretty annoyed with his attitude as he walks away and says well have a good day we'll just leave. Never have I ever experienced such unprofessional behavior. He came to my home with an attitude, he was nasty and RUDE. I would NOT recommend using this company to my worse enemy. A little customer service training is definitely needed because they are truly lacking!!!!!!!!

My home warranty assign them. He came out to to fix the toilet that was not flushing properly. He came out and left just as fast. He states he will be right back with some equipment. Next thing i know my warranty company called and said well you have a roof vent that is causing the issue?? or it could be something else or maybe you need to call a plumber that is out of pocket. Wait what are you saying. The plumber states that he said we had a blockage. WTH he never stated that. All he said he will be right back and never did. No help from home warranty DONT waste your money on FIRST AMERICAN HOME WARRANTY. Also this plumbing company tech lied and never finish the job.

Very unprofessional, came out to install a ceilings fan (insurance claim) they wrote down that they gave us a three fixture ceiling fan but they didn't, they replaced our nicer fan with a cheap one that hardly lights up our living room.
PLEASE AVOID
They will scam your insurance company.

Before you let these crooks do any work at your home, please read mine and the other reviews here. While I was reading one other review it sounded exactly like my experience. Our home warranty company contracted them for our hot water heater that went out. First it took 6 days for them to even come out to assess the problem. Then the tech says it looks like you need a new water heater (duh) and said it would take up to a week to get approval. I called my warranty company and said we have already been without hot water for almost a week, they said they would expedite the approval. I waited for a couple days.. called the crooks again and they said they were waiting for approval. I said i had called and it was approved she said oh yes I see that it was this morning. Really? And after 30 minutes on and off hold she finally set it up to come out and proceeded to explain that we would owe an Additional $405! What? It's warranty? She said there were ""modifications"" necessary that were not covered. I asked for a detail of the modifications. Never got it. Anyway, end of the experience is that we cashed out with our warranty company and got a better larger water heater installed by our plumber who we trust for less than the cash out! Our plumber said the additional parts needed were $30! RUN away from these guys it sounds like they always charge more than what the warranty company pays!!! Double charging customers!!! Shameful in these times especially to rip off people!

Came out on an insurance claim and never finished the job. Said he would be back in a day and it's been about three weeks- Dude washed all his tools off in my bathtub and took me hours to clean the plaster out- god knows what the plumbing's like now- left plaster everywhere and did a horrible job. It's going to have to be removed so that a real company can come out and complete it. Recommend you go to literally anyone else in the Central Valley.

Zero stars if I could! Used them through my home warranty. They came and flooded my bathroom on purpose to try to get more money to fix things. They also said they completed the work, but they didn't even do anything. Literally came to my house to ""access"" the job. Made my toilet leak instead and left! Called to talk to them and the receptionist said I was lying!!! Horrible horrible company!!! Home warranty is going after them and they have dozens of complaints similar to mine. Horrible people!!!! I have water damage in my new home now

Zero stars is more like it! Run, don't walk, as far as you can from this company.
My home warranty contracted with them to help with 2 of my fans dying, one ceiling fan and one attic fan. I tried to call them Monday to get scheduled. The man in scheduling told me they were going through thousands of calls from the weekend (highly doubtful there were that many). He told me I would have to wait my turn. That was really rudely put. So I called Tuesday afternoon, since they only have 48 hours to return my call. He said he could schedule me for the next day.
They sent someone that uses English as a second language. He apparently didn't understand me. He determined that the motors were bad on both fans, took pictures, told me they would call by Friday, and left.
So Friday arrives. No communication from them. I called and got a woman with a very thick accent. She asked me the same questions 3 or 4 times. I asked for a supervisor. She told me she was the supervisor for the company. Really? She informed me that since I didn't want the basic fan that they had, they had informed the warranty company and that they were supposed to call me for a cash out. Seriously? I said that since the warranty company doesn't cover the light package, that if they couldn't match the ceiling fan to a light package, I would be fine with them just replacing the motor. How is that refusing? Also, my fan is far from a cheap fan. I pay for the higher level of service so that it will be replaced with something of like quantity. There was never a mention about repairing the attic fan. I told the woman that she lied to the warranty company and hung up. I would bet they do this a lot. They can do next to nothing and collect a service fee. They are very unprofessional and unethical.
I ended up calling the warranty company and telling them about this company. They are supposed to reassign me to another company.
