Amazing job. Fixed really complicated problem very fast and where so clean.

We are so happy, pleased, & satisfied with Juan Solis (Electrician) who helped us restored/set up the breaker box. Juan is so professional, friendly, & fast in restoring the power. We highly recommend ""T"" Mc Gee Electric as they're awesome and provide excellent service!

Had a problem with our new lennar home and this was the company they dispatched out. The technician that showed up at first did t even knock on our door he left a sorry we missed you notice on our door, I saw him on our cameras so I went out and asked why he didn't knock to which he replied ""I didn't see any cars in the driveway"" I said ummm well we have a 6 car garage so our cars are in the garage smh. He then comes inside and says it's probably a breaker I explained we had already checked the breaker box to which he got an attitude and said ""well I'm sure you're not aware how the construction industry works"" I immediately laughed and said well actually I'm a licensed contractor and hold 6 licenses in the state of California so I'm more than aware how this industry works. Problem didn't get fixed and the guy was a complete donkey! Would not recommend and by the other reviews this isn't an isolated incident.

I just read all the crappy reviews and I understand how they feel. New Homes in The Preserve were serviced by this company back in 2006 and many of our KB Homes have electrical problems. This company is crap!

Makes me think the positive reviews were fake and posted by the company employees.
There is nothing positive to say about this company, and the only reason why I'm still dealing with them because my builder has contracted them to do the maintenance, one of the most unprofessional customer services that I've ever dealt with! They simply don't know what they are talking about and the always pause and seem so lost, they can't even do something as simple as schedule you! That's too hard for them ... not their level of knowledge. I have no electricity in my room for 1 month and a half, still don't, I don't wish to anyone living like this, specially with a newborn baby who is sick most of the time.

If I could give a minus we would. First time giving a business a low grade such as this. My HOA sent them to my house for a ceiling fan issue. He was here approximately 10 minutes, told us we couldn't use a remote control for a fan on a dimmer switch. Did absolutely zero work. Afterwards we received a bill for $120, which is quite exorpotant. We have several local companies that come out with a free estimate, would've have never agreed to $120 for a quick fan check. I called twice to try and work something out with them and I was told ""if he had done anything it would have been way more $$."" We are seniors and I feel totally ripped off and taken advantage of. At no time did anyone tell us a price or I would not have let him in my home, All they have offered is to place a lien on our home. BEWARE.

Poor work, they do not double check their work. They wired by new home and I have found a lot of loose connections, shorts and other electrical issues. Think twice about hiring these guys.

This company installed recalled light switches in my new home that had been recalled more than a year prior to them installing the light switches. I contacted the manufacturer of the recalled light switches to verify the switch was indeed the recalled switch. I even sent T McGee the article and a picture of the recalled switch. (Now I'm doing your job). I had 5 of them installed in my home and only found out when one of them went bad. I then called T McGee Electric to request they come and replace the bad switches and their customer service manager Diana first claimed they knew nothing about the recalled switches. They then sent a technician to my home who had no idea why he was sent and had no inventory to replace my switches. 2 weeks passed and no follow-up from this company. I then called them to follow-up and the customer service manager tells me that if the light switches were recalled its my responsibility as the home owner to have them replaced. I then proceeded to ask her when they received a recall notice from the manufacturer and she stated it was in August of 2011. Well they installed them in my home in late 2012 when my home was built. She continued to say it's my responsibility. So now I have to pay an electrician to come out and replace recalled switches that T McGee Electric should have never installed. They then proceed to tell me that the technician said he replaced my light switches which is a lie. He never even came in my home. I would never use a company that uses recalled products. If they received a recall notice they should have investigated just like I did and corrected the issue when I brought it to their attention and not argue with me, the customer that its my responsibility. Common sense.
Update to Previous Review: This issue was eventually resolved by the company finally agreeing to uninstall the recalled switches and installing the new switches that I requested from the manufacturer and the manufacturer sent to me. It had to go up to the VP and only then did they send a technician out to do the work. I will say the technician sent was pleasant and completed the work with no issue. Hopefully when these types of requests are made of this company in the future they will not make the customer jump through hoops to get the issue corrected. The customer service Manager Diana did apologize for the incident.

Without any doubt the best. I had some many questions before I could get started on my project and ""Eric"" was always available and ready to answer and help.
