I needed a repair technician for our Samsung refrigerator and found a company on yelp , came in to our house , gave us an estimate based on our complains without even physically checking it and said he needs to replace 3 parts . The estimate was too much for us so I only paid the $85 cost for coming in. I reached out to several companies and the first one who responded first and quickly was T&J Electric Services. I was hesitant at first because there was only one review on yelp . Remon told me to give him a call so he can talk to me . He told me he can check out our refrigerator first and he will be honest with me. I was glad I gave him a chance . Remon is an honest guy , had a smile on his face when he came in , he meticulously checked and cleaned the back side of the refrigerator, patiently defrosted the fridge so he could remove the parts he needed to check . Very knowledgeable, very informative . No parts needed to change and problems solved . He has all the characteristics of someone who you want to hire and allow to come in to your house . You can see that he loves his job and he loves to help and not take advantage of others .
