Jeremy and his helper Nick came on time and were friendly and put my mind at ease. They dismantled my old chandelier and installed my new one which was no easy task cause the ceiling is a 15 foot high vaulted ceiling. Jeremy scheduled an appointment to be at my house between 2:00 and 3:00 to give an estimate on a project. Complete NO SHOW and didn't bother to call. I tried to reach him through Yelp and called his office number and left a voicemail, but no return call. It's hard to do business with a company that can't keep their appointments. 15 minutes after i posted this Jeremy called and apologized. I am updating from 1 star to 3 and will update again if I have him do the work. He did have some good ideas on how to do what I needed to do inexpensively.

Jeremy is our go-to electric contractor! He has helped us with a number of indoor and outdoor projects such as outdoor lighting and power for the back garden and a 220 volt charger for an electric car. He also helped problem solve a complicated situation for us with a neighbor's lights. He is good at what he does, always knowledgable, helpful, thorough, and reasonable! Our request was probably a little odd, but Jeremy knocked it out of the park: We wanted an outlet outside our front door but there was no power anywhere nearby. He crawled up thru the tiny attic access space to find the perfect spot to run wiring down for an outdoor safety-compliant outlet box just under the roof overhang, which was a way better place to put it than close to the ground where a traditional power outlet would be for plug-in yard tools (not what we needed it for). He also installed a 4-device outlet inside for us so our wall-mounted TV could be plugged in along with its gadgets, all hidden now behind the TV itself. This guy rocks! He was well-prepared & brought all the materials/tools he would need, sent a professional estimate in advance for us to sign off on (all online/electronically even, so easy), and was great about communicating & working around the SCE potential fire-safety outages in our area.

PS: Our senior kitty wasn't the least bit afraid of him, he worked in the same room with her sleeping on the bed undisturbed, I wish I'd gotten a picture of that.

Ok first of all, Jeremy was super nice! He took the time to explain to us exactly what was our electrical issue at home and what was needed to be done to fix it. We really appreciated that because the other electrician who came in our house just came and gave us a quote. Didn't even bother to explain anything to us! But with Jeremy we got an understanding on what we needed to be fixed and his price quote was very reasonable. Right away we can tell that he is very knowledgeable in what he does!
