Jeremy and Nick are a great team. We needed about 40 lights, 40 outlets, and to change out two sub panels for a small commercial medical building remodel. They were very neat and very clean with their work. They worked well around other trades and got the job done very close to the estimated time. Their fees are not the lowest or highest but you can expect the job to be done properly. I would recommend and use them again in the future.

My fiancé and I bought our first home, which filled us with joy and then pure terror as we realized there were no grounding wires in the entire house. We had just spent so much money on closings costs, down payments, everything.. Then thinking of spending a fortune beyond that was unbelievable. I called multiple electricians in Simi Valley to get a quote on installing ground wiring throughout my home, and ended up growing more and more frustrated at how these tradesmen would talk the talk but then quote me an insane amount of money.

Jeremy was the first electrician to genuinely regard me as a normal human being, without the sales pitch and the gimmicks. He made himself available to see my house, and gave me a quote on work that made sense for me and my budget. He also gave me some practical alternatives in case I didn't want to move forward with his primary quote.

Finally! From start to finish my experience with TBow has been amazing. Their friendliness, awareness of the work needing to be done, courtesy of my schedule and overall presence in my home was welcomed and appreciated. It was such a relief to work with someone who understood where I was coming from, and could relate to my perspective on many levels.

Jeremy and his helper Nick came on time and were friendly and put my mind at ease. They dismantled my old chandelier and installed my new one which was no easy task cause the ceiling is a 15 foot high vaulted ceiling. Jeremy scheduled an appointment to be at my house between 2:00 and 3:00 to give an estimate on a project. Complete NO SHOW and didn't bother to call. I tried to reach him through Yelp and called his office number and left a voicemail, but no return call. It's hard to do business with a company that can't keep their appointments. 15 minutes after i posted this Jeremy called and apologized. I am updating from 1 star to 3 and will update again if I have him do the work. He did have some good ideas on how to do what I needed to do inexpensively.

Jeremy is our go-to electric contractor! He has helped us with a number of indoor and outdoor projects such as outdoor lighting and power for the back garden and a 220 volt charger for an electric car. He also helped problem solve a complicated situation for us with a neighbor's lights. He is good at what he does, always knowledgable, helpful, thorough, and reasonable!
