I purchased a power solar shade for our patio and Swisher Services was the company the shade company sent out to run the electrical. It turned out to be a problem install and Jesse and his crew went WAY BEYOND ALL REASONABLE EXPECTATIONS I had to talk them into a less desirable outcome because of the way my patio was constructed. It was AWESOME to see someone work so HARD to do it the correct way. THANK YOU AGAIN, Jesse and crew!!!

TLDR: Good work if not lengthy, Good Price, mediocre after job care and initial impression left me unimpressed. Late billing and lack of follow up on next job disappointed me the most.


I contacted Swisher to handle a dubious problem and after 12 Man hours of searching for and subsequently fixing the issue I am quite saddened to write a non 5 start review. However there is away you do business and I do not felt I received 5-Star service.

-After Job clean up poor (Wire bits, loose sockets, they even took my Dimmer and swapped it for a switch :( )

The crew was professional and nice but after 2 days and 10 man hours of hunting for the solution to this issue Jesse was was inbound to fix this once and for all. His crew was professional and always answered my questions which I appreciated but the first time I would meet the owner was not so pleasant. I can recall seeing this guy walk up to the site visibly annoyed and then proceed right past me in to my home without so much as a ""hey"". I can recall one of his guys even saying this is the home owner, referring to me, to which he continued to walk by. That aside he went to work and located a nicked wire in the wall within about 1 hour and the issue was wrapped within 2 hours. Skilled to say the least. After getting to the issue he calmed down and explained the issue to me. Right about when the crew was leaving I pointed out that many plugs where not covered by face plates which they happily did. It wast until a few days later my wife informed me of a loose light switch socket, and a missing Dimmer switch (""DIMMER"" 4/18/18 --RIP) that had been swapped to a regular light switch, I even checked and found a couple of loose plug covers and one plug that had been stripped and re-drilled it. Every where work had been done there were wire bits and copper pieces in some amount.

Billing was even strange since the work was done 4/18/18 and the bill was not received until 5/3/18. Jessie even failed to follow up on about ~$2600 worth of Fuse box work. I mean who doesn't want to get money? My Dimmer was to be replaced when the Fuse box was installed, so I guess I'll have to take that loss.

All in all they got the job done and for the man hours the owner billed fairly. You should give them a chance as I felt my situation was different and according o the other reviews most likely an anomaly.

m leaving this review bc i'm overwhelmed about the level of service this co provided. I had a power outage in my condo due to some bad electrical work on my part. I called a different co and they were quick to respond even though it was after hours. The technician diagnosed the problem and then explained to me the extent of the damage. I would require permits from center point to shut down power and all wiring would need to be changed. He began writing up options for me to choose from. Minimum charge would be $2800. As he was writing i hapened to be talking to another electrician. I asked for that electrician to talk to the technician who had already diagnosed the issue. Without hesitation he asked for his credential. When the original technician realized he was talking to someone that knew what he was talking about he briefly explained the situation and handed me back the phone. After the conversation i approached the original technician. He then told me after reviewing with his boss his company would no longer be able to assist bc of liability for his co should something go wrong. He did not charge me the trip charge either.i was speechless because i thought there goes my only opportunity to get this fixed. I know now the reason why they turned down the job is because they would be exposed for there scam. So after he left i asked Jesse to assist me if possible. He sent Josh over promptly arriving about 8pm. In about 10 min Josh was able to diagnose the problem. A simple reset of the main breaker. He informed me on everything i did wrong and was extremely thorough in his work. I will never choose another company other than swisher service. I'm waiting to here a response from the owner before i leave a review from the other company. But rest assure i will be submitting a review regarding there awful service. Thanks again for all the help. You guys were great!
