Rico and his son were very responsive initially. They were able to complete the electrical work and ensure that everything was operational. When I subsequently had an issue with one of the electrical connections, I was unable to get it resolved after a few weeks of trying. Overall, my project was fairly small, but I was disappointed that the follow up and guarantee of the work was lacking.

This is the second instance of using SwiftVoltage. Again, Rico was REALLY easy to work with, did great work, was focused and got all of the work done quickly, cleaned up afterwards, and came in easily within the estimated costs with no surprises.

I needed to have a prior EV 30Amp access point in my garage but I needed to have it changed to support 50Amps. What was great was that we discussed ways to lower the cost of parts and he helped me with the details of the parts needed and we both looked to find a breaker of a specific configuration and rating. He helped me save $100 by our both doing the legwork. I really felt that he wanted to make sure I didn't overpay for things as well.

I plan to place his name in our neighborhood vendor list as I would easily and proudly recommend him.

I truly appreciated working with Swift Voltage who did some much needed electrical repairs that were causing concerns in our 40+ year old home we purchased a few years back. The buyers home inspection report highlighted a few areas of concern regarding the original electrical breaker panel, feeder cable, ungrounded outlets and other related components through and outside the house. Over the last year we were experiencing strange power anomalies and after ruling out a poltergeist, we decided perhaps we needed to follow the recommendations sited in the home inspection report. Rico and his team were fantastic in helping us upgrade our lights, outlets, and switches in our condo. Stacee was friendly over the phone and expeditious when it came to scheduling and follow up. Rico and his co-worker (sorry forgot his name) performed the work safely and quickly, and kept us informed when they encountered a hiccup and needed to make a decision. They returned when we had a few flickering lights still and helped resolve and suggest possible replacements. Pricing was reasonable for quality of work done, would definitely use again!

I was trying to get my backyard finished with pavers, plants and a fountain. The project manager advises me that an electrician would be needed w/i two days to place an outlet, wiring for my fountain. The project can't proceed without this being done. Rico and SwiftVoltage was highly recommended by my neighbors. I called and received a quick response. Rico was out that same day and looked at the job and quoted me a great price. My house had a mix of tube and post wiring and modern wiring. Rico came in with Tony and replaced everything that was not up to code, pulled out the old wiring, installed new and added a couple of new switches and a bathroom fan. As always, there was one more thing that needed doing at the end and we had insulation contractors coming in in a couple of days. Rico came back after another appointment and got the job done so we could move forward with the project.
Rico was easy to work with, showed up on time and did great work. I don't expect we will be needing any more electrical work now that everything is up to snuff, but if we do, I will call Rico.
