The first appointment they canceled and rescheduled. OK, no problem. Sometimes other jobs take longer, we understand that.

Second appt, they made it. Came in, looked at light fixture and asked a few questions, then said that they would have to ask the Prop Manager and Home Warranty people if it's covered. 5 mins total.
Tech, Travis, didn't contact the Property manager to let them know what the situation was with the light, the Prop manager reached out to me 3 days later asking if the problem was fixed. Bad communication.

Third appt set for morning, somemtime between 8-12. Didn't hear anything all morning, waiting for tech to arrive.
At 11:45 the Prop manager tells us that the tech IS STILL ON SCHEDULE TO ARRIVE.
At 12:52, the Prop manager tells us that Swift Electric now tells him that the Tech couldn't get the part on time, and will have to reschedule.

Appt set for afternoon, 12-5pm window.
Tech, Travis, arrives at 14:05, at which point I tell him that we are pissed for waiting and hearing nothing on the last appt and not hearing anything about whether or not he would actually be here today either. That they lied to us about being here before, so he needs to just come and get the work done.
He says, ""F*** You!"" then takes his ladder and walks back to his truck.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a company in my entire life. The technician came two hours before the scheduled appointment and when I was not home the receptionist said they couldn't fit us in for the rest of the day. She said, ""We don't have any sympathy for you since you weren't home."" When I asked her not to contact us again because she was so rude and unprofessional, she said, ""Same to you.""

Customer Service rep and person in charge of scheduling is beyond horrible. A job that was supposed to take a few days is now incomplete weeks later. They are unapologetic and rude about it when confronted!

Tech showed up and filled the washer that wasn't working, left the place a mess. When I called the receptionist said she would let owner know...never happened. They delayed the repair so long it was easier to buy new washer. Then told my wife they would charge her to call the home warranty. I left several messages for them to return my call....never did. Swift electric isn't worth the time or effort.

Do Not Use Them. Period.

This is our 3rd time using this electrical company. Travis has been our technician and each time he has been professional and very nice, explains the problem and repaired completely. Extremely nice company to work with and fix each problem (ceiling fans, electric socket, fridge wall floor socket) 100%. Highly recommend this company. Didn't have to wait long for service and technician was always on time. Always gave a arrive by time and when on the way always text to inform. Repairs didn't take all day. Very pleased with service.
