Okay...one word: AWESOME! We just found our electricians for LIFE! Thank goodness the owner, Jake, is quite a bit younger than we are, so we know he will be around well into our eighties! YAY! :) In a nutshell, the team at Swift is hardworking, courteous, kind, skilled and efficient...it just doesn't get any better! Swift electric was fantastic. I own the escape rooms on Ventura Harbor and had a puzzle fail. I called swift and they were there within the hour. Our electronics are very complicated and not typical connections. They worked hard and figured it out. The room was up and running with almost no downtime. Thanks guys!!!

For honesty alone, these guys get kudos. I woke up one day to the power in my house acting strangely, lights brightened, appliances wouldn't turn on or their dials went off the charts. Very very scary! I called to set up a service appointment and spoke to John. He told me that this problem was very probably an issue with Edison and not within my house. He said why pay a service charge when he was 100% certain that it was with Edison. He even told me that Edison would give me the brush off but to be insistent and tell them that I had fluctuating current, an unbalanced load and a problem with the base neutral. Sure enough Edison did try to brush me off but I kept repeating what John told me, Edison came out and found their overhead line damaged. Thank you John!! You will always have my business.

Just had Swift out today and I was impressed! John and Nick showed up on time, were professional and proficient. They grounded 2 outlets for us, changed 220 to 110 under our range, and fixed a short in my garage that constantly was tripping the breaker and effecting half of the receptacles and lights. They even discounted the cost of service from the quote when they were able to ground the outlets quicker than they had thought, saving us $165! Due to their speed they were able to take care of another issue which I had scheduled them to come back out for after Christmas! On time, fast, proficient, and they saved us money and tine! Will definitely be using again and referring to friends!

Fast, friendly and very good service. We had a job that turned out to be more complicated than we originally thought. They had to ""engineer"" the fix and it took longer than expected. They still charged the quoted price. Highly recommend them.
