Swartz Green Electric was absolutely fantastic from start to finish on our home remodel project. They were brought on as the electrical sub-contractor and quickly became one of the most reliable and professional teams we worked with during the entire renovation.

From the initial on-site meeting to review the project scope, to helping us fine-tune our final electrical drawings during the MEP submittal process with the city, they were hands-on, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with.

They provided a clear, turn-key quote and delivered exactly what was promised, including installation of a new interior house panel, an upgraded 3-phase exterior service panel, and all the wiring for our home addition. This included a new master suite, home office, garage bay, and a full kitchen remodel.

The electricians were professional, courteous, and did top-notch work. The quality of the installation and the attention to detail was clear throughout the entire project.

I have little to no lights working in my new home, A/c not working, and lights are dimming then surging. I called the 24hr emergency line to get assistance and the on call tech refused to help us and said he would send someone tomorrow. Our warranty is with this joke of a company as well. We have had them out 2 times already to replace some of the low quality switches etc they use as well. They do poor work and poor customer service.. Our home is literally 5 months old and only 2 people live here. This shouldn't be happening but here we are and can't get help from this sorry company like they supposedly offer... I will also be pushing this through the builder and whoever else I can find to cause them a fraction of the grief we have gotten thanks to them.

Don't waste your time dealing with this company. After accepting my bid 3 weeks ago. They have canceled on me twice on the day of installation.

WE bought a brand new Ryland home 3 years ago and Joe Warts Electric was the contractor who did the electrical for Ryland Homes at the time. We recently had an inspection done for sales purposes and it revealed that we were missing wiring that was on the plans that was dedicated to running a booster fan in the attic and is a required piece of equipment to pass the inspection. Called JSE and was told, ""We don't do work for Ryland any more. We're not going to help you. We can recommend you an electrician"" This company did not stand by it's work or lack there of. I am now on the hook for hundreds of dollars because of their incompetence and unwillingness to make things right. I would not recommend.
