Swan came out and installed a new outlet for my spa. They arrived early, reviewed everything with me and did the installation within an hour. They cleaned everything up, were professional and friendly. I was very pleased.

Called three times to get some work done and was promised a callback each time. never received any communication. Waited two weeks. then I hired Jackson Total Services -I got an appointment on first call. I have used them before and they are totally reliable

We purchased a pool heater at a retailer and they set us up to have Swan Electric come to install the new outlet for the heater.

We purchased it on a Thursday and the retailer said Swan should contact us by Monday. We waited until Tuesday to call them. They said they were short a couple people but would call us later Tuesday to at least find a place on the schedule.

That was a week ago. Never so much as a call or even a text. We found another electrician. Seriously not even a text message. We understand businesses get behind, waiting a couple extra days would not have been an issue but the total disregard they showed was too much. I would never recommend them. (Had to give one star just to post a review. They don't deserve the one star rating)
