The one word I would use to describe Sutton is HONEST! I had outlets and lights in various parts of my house that weren't working. I called Sutton and described the problem. He told me I should call my local utility to check the line coming into the house. He was absolutely right. The utility came out and fixed the problem quickly. Any other electrician would have insisted on coming out, only to charge me a service fee and then tell me it was the utility's problem. I appreciate how Sutton does business, and you can bet I won't hesitate to call them when it really is a problem they can fix.
