I recently hired Surge Electric and I love this company. Sergio and his workers, Chris and Tim were wonderful. They came on time, got their work done, and cleaned up afterward. Thanks to the engineering design team at Edges Electric, they found an innovative design to place my lights on a vaulted ceiling without causing too many shadows and flooding the room with too much light. Then, I hired Surge Electric to also installed that and dozens of other can lights in our home that have greatly improved the lighting throughout the house. I would definitely recommend Surge Electric. The Sacramento city inspectors also gives Surge Electric a good recommendation.

Sergio stopped by my house today to look at my electrical panel, which had recently been having some vibrations and noises coming from it under high power draw.

He spent 15-20 minutes of his time trying to recreate the symptoms but we could not get it done. Nonetheless he offered several ideas for me to be able to monitor and document the problem on my own so that the next time he is out he can have a more specific target to look at.

He didn't charge me a penny for this time or service. Although I didn't get to see his work in action it's clear he runs his business the right way and I will be calling him again in the future for my electrical needs.

From the beginning, Sergio was super quick to respond, come take a look, send a quote (very good price) and scheduled the work the following week! We had 3 pendants and 14 recessed lights added to our house. The house looks AMAZING - better than I could have imagined. Chris and Tim were super clean, friendly and did amazing work. They were knowledgeable on light placement and worked with me to explain where they thought the lights would go best - glad I listened to them on their suggestions. Everyone I have worked with at Surge has been punctual, honest and knowledgeable. Do yourself a favor and go with Sergio and his team!

Sergio was incredibly prompt in scheduling a visit for an estimate, and providing a detailed summary within his quote. He also gave honest recommendations about the extent of the work that needed to be done, which is difficult to find. Often times, repair-individuals will attempt to upsell for a larger project, but I didn't feel this was the case.

Seriously awesome electrical company! From start to finish they were great to work with. We got several quotes including one from a family member and Surge Electric was the best and had the earliest install date.

We are a no shoes household and I was worried it would be an issue (most people have issues with wearing booties), but it was no problem. The electricians who came out put booties on no questions asked or complaints. Both electricians were super nice and great to work with. They were very careful when drilling and covered everything properly so things in my house wouldn't get damaged .. Their attention to detail was greatly appreciated..They re-did electrical in 3 of my bedrooms for remote fan light switch and installed two pendant lights.. they did in 4 hours which I thought was great timing.

Had somewhat of an emergency - breaker blew and had no power since last night. Recommended electrician gave me a long story about permits with SMUD and how I might not get my power back for weeks. Called Sergio just to see if I could generate a miracle, and within the hour, I had power. Replaced the breaker; boom. Grateful.
