Thank you to Surge for installing our new ceiling fan! We set up the installation through Lowe's and couldn't be happier with their service. They communicated the arrival time and completed the install quickly and efficiently. We had an existing light fixture hanging from our 12 foot ceiling and replaced it with a large ceiling fan with down rod.

Chris was called by Nest to diagnosed our heating/thermostat problem after Nest was unable to after several attempts. He is an excellent electrician with unbelievable knowledge. He is the Ivy League of electricians. Not only did he solve our thermostat problem, but he also educated me and help me understand some electrical issues I was having in other areas of my house. I took his card and will be sure to call him whenever I need electrical work. He (his company) is that good!

Karl came out to install our fans and lights inside our house (2 fans and new LED lights), he was amazing. Had Surge get the call from my home warranty to fix and/or diagnose a minor electrical issue on my property. They went out and just advised my tenant that they would call me with the issue. Long story short, no call, no email, no text from anyone. I had to sit and wait then call my warranty company just to find out that they would not cover it.

Needless to say, I am not upset that they didn't cover such a minor issue, just the lack of professionalism.

We were truly fortunate to have our home warranty dispatch these guys. Usually contractors from home warranty companies are nothing to write home about but these guys showed the most outstanding level of professionalism while handling our rather difficult issue of partial loss of power to the house.
Chris is one courteous guy so is his partner. They worked perfectly in sync and resolved our problem at once. Christ also took time to explain us the whole situation and made sure we got our every question answered.
