I can't believe that I found a plumber that was willing to do a rush job and do great work in less than 24 hours! I called Superior Services after another plumber cancelled and they showed up within a few hours to make an estimate and then they came back the following morning and completed a full tub install in a couple of hours. Super friendly and knowledgeable workers. I can't thank them enough for saving the day. My tile guy would have had to come back next week if they didn't get this done so quickly. I would definitely recommend and I will be using them again in the future if need be.

Like other reviewers here, I called to get an estimate. I spoke to the same lady each time. She requested that I email her the inspection report of the things I needed repaired. I did that immediately and day after day for over a week, I followed up and got absolutely nowhere. Clearly these people don't need business because no one bothered to call me back. I'm glad I didn't use them.

I'm so thankful for these guys. I have a very old house with some old school plumbing and AC and electrical and Mr. Tom was very knowledgeable and helped me out without doing anything that wasn't needed. I felt very comfortable with him in my house working and doing what was needed to get me up and moving with the next renovation project. The front office is super nice and they price was fair. I will definitely eat using them again and recommend them highly.

I had a drain backed up and called these guys. Josh was out here within a few hours. Same day service. Can't beat that! He was informative and showed me what was wrong. Years of crud build up in the pipes. He got everything cleaned out and I'm back to being able to use my washer again.

I'll be keeping their number handy.

they had poor service, secretary never answers phone shunts to voice messaging, had to beg to get them to come out, I made appointments to get unit serviced and they never came on several occasions, just blew me off, A horrible company, would not waste my time!

Don't waste your time here. They were helpful at first and then wouldn't come do the job after promising twice. I had to call multiple times to get them to show up the first time after they said they would. They came to inspect my AC and said I would have a quote in a day and they were fixing it in 3. Never heard back so so I called. Sorry we are busy but on it. 10 days later I call and they asked if I get find a different repairman bc they were busy w other stuff. Wasted two weeks on these guys. Be warned

The two workmen came on time - diagnosed my problem immediately and had it fixed in 15 minutes. They were polite and professional - I would recommend them. This time my problem was electrical - but i plan to use them for my next A\C service call as well.

These guys delivered! I called everywhere looking for someone to install a vent and over the stove hood I had purchased and everyone could do one or the other tasks. I called Superior and they had it done in a few days and wasn't as expensive as I anticipated. The 2 guys that came were pleasant and cleaned up after themselves. I was just pleased with their service and felt the need to write a review. Will use them again!
