Hired this company to do the lighting on my new dock. Contacted them six months prior to construction date, while they came out looked and talked a good game, we are pouring concrete for the dock now and despite numerous phone calls, text messages etc. I still did not have a plan or a quote. Would not hire them to do anything. Very unprofessional.

We purchased an existing home in KCB in July. Most all of the lighting had been removed from the home or needed replacement. In the last 6 months Superior Electric has come to our home 4-5 times. They are easy to schedule and were always on time. Neat, nice and completed the job quickly and efficiently! Thank you Superior Electric!

When a business' management makes appointments that keeps you home and no shows twice in a row and then ignores your calls and text, you gotta say maybe there is someone better??!!!!! We rented at KCB and some electrical work was needed. Sitting around and waiting for 2+ days was not on our itinerary. Then when Dave flat out doesn't respond, it sends your anger to next level. Most professionals have a back-up or the balls to call and give you the bad news. I saw the crew down the street and approached them about our electrical work, they didn't know anything about it and I was afraid they were done for the day. They called the office and got permission to install the electrical outlet. The crew was top notch, so sad a manager can ruin the whole experience.
