The service provided by Superior Electric was fantastic. The gentlemen were in and efficient! They were at my home for maybe 20mins and job was done. They came in, confirmed the issue I had over the phone, then promptly retrieved their tools and parts and got to work.
As for the negatives... they did not introduce themselves nor were they wearing ID badges. The company does not provide them with badges and so I did mention that to the main office. Also initially the gentlemen were wearing masks, however, masks were off once they got started. But all I had to do was ask them to put them back on and they apologized and masks were on for the remainder of the time.
I have to say once I spoke to someone over the phone and they considered my issue a priority I was very happy I made the call.
Today's service was $90 to change out a breaker. Most other companies charge that much just to come out.
I was told they didnt want to come out here if they didn't have what they needed to help me and that truly is superior service!

What a great experience it has been to work with the professional staff of Superior Electric! I have had them work on multiple smaller electric items at my house, but recently I decided to have a whole-house generator installed. These guys were fantastic in every way! I let them know that I was particular about neatness and tidiness, but it did not seem to matter because they conduct themselves in this fashion anyway. Neatly, tidy, and fast! I would highly recommend this company for your electrical needs!

Workers parked there truck so that no others cars could pass in my neighborhood. The employee pictured asked if I could get by I replied no. He then continued to work without moving the vehicle. Had to ask him again to move vehicles after abut he finally moved it barely giving me enough room to squeeze by.

Superior has been wonderful to deal with from the day we started with them wiring our home. We've called them to add some other items to our house and they are always professional, on time and wonderful to deal with! Shawn always responds back to us quickly and Brandon, Robert and Josh are great!
