Super easy to work with Wonho and have work done. This is our third time using him, and he replaced an outlet, fixed a broken outlet, secured some conduit and installed a car charger in about an hour. He's very thoughtful when he's working, predicting what you want before you know. I also love that you can just text him to schedule appointments, which makes it super convenient.

After learning that one of the circuit breakers for our central AC unit was tripped and not able to be closed again, I called Super Power Electric, and Jim was able to come out right away. He diagnosed the problem of a faulty circuit breaker and replaced it, for a very reasonable price. I appreciated Jim's professionalism and patience explaining the problem/solution. This was a relatively minor project, but when I have any other electrical issues, big or small, I'll be calling Jim at Super Power Electric again.

I reached out to Superpower Electric to get a quote for upgrading my 60 year old Federal Pacific panel to a 200A one. Wonho provided a very quick response and estimate and set up a time to come check it out.

He was very knowledgeable about the pros and cons of upgrading versus replacing, and his quote was very fair based on the others I'd seen. He answered many questions I had about what work was needed and gave a very honest assessment about what he recommended, without upselling. In the end, we agreed to upgrade the panel, add a 30A 240v plug for a dryer, and rewire the kitchen which was running on a single circuit.

In the end, the panel upgrade went extremely smoothly, and the inspection passed without a hitch. Wonho and his assistant were able to do the replacement in about 2 days work, then finished the rewire and dryer plug on the day of the inspection. Throughout their time working, they were extremely polite, clean, and efficient. I would definitely call Superpower Electric again if I had any electric needs, and would recommend them to anyone in Orange County as well!
