I just had an appointment with Varick for an estimate. Probably one of the nicest, most respectful, through, and well spoken gentleman who has ever come out to the house. Everything about my interaction with him was positive and informative. I am very, very pleased. I was almost sorry to see him go. Between his knowledge and professionalism I would feel confident referring him to my neighbors, friends, or family. Just a wonderful guy!

So yesterday, I plugged in a heater I got off amazon into a plug I believed was on its own breaker. I was wrong and it shutdown my whole garage. This was really bad because I work out of my garage and all my equipment was down.
I checked the panel myself but nothing was tripped. I thought I was in real trouble. Fortunately, Varick from Super Fast Electric was able to come in early today and figured out the whole scheme impressively fast. Despite having a curious onlooker asking tons of questions. He not only fixed the issue, but also ran a new outlet that was on a separate breaker to prevent that issue in the future. He was also able to politely explain what he was doing and even gave me a bit of a history lesson on how old houses are wired which I found interesting.
Varick is a credit to his craft. Thanks for saving me time and money!

I have been searching for a whole home generator. Appointment with Super Fast was able to be scheduled within two days of my phone call. Supervisor Kevin appeared on time, and during the next hour provided essential information related specifically to my home's needs and what Super Fast Electric could do in this regard, being careful to prioritize those features of the resultant estimate were essential along with recommended/suggested elements which I might choose to include in the installation.

Kevin's presentation was by far the most informative of the six I have had thus far in my search process. Best of all, at the conclusion of our tour of the property and discussion, Kevin went to his van, and 30 minutes later returned to present an itemized estimate which I printed following his departure. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Supervisor Kevin walked us through all our service options, including every cost associated with any viable repair. We are looking to replace 40+ year old electric panel boxes, which are badly rusted. Outdated electric panel will be upgraded.

I met the owner Steve a few years ago when he personally made a Sunday call with his daughter on his shoulder! Turns out it was not an electrical issue yet he troubleshoot the situation and showed me what was happening and fixed it. Impressive service.

Since that time, my wife and I have become annual members of their service program and they have completed at least $20,000 worth of high-quality work and repairs on our home. I could not be more pleased. They've also done some work for my wife at her business.

Needless to say we highly recommend these guys!

My husband and I scrambled to find an electrician to fix our fan. Super Fast Electric came out to give us a quote. We were quoted $799, thanked them for coming out and said that seems way too high to fix a fan, the gentlemen who came out our home stated he would reach out to his manager after asking my husband Joe much he thought the job was ""worth"" $200 is what his answer was. He then sat in his car, asked his manager and they ended up not being able to assist. Fast forward to today, we had another electrician come out, he fixed the fan in an hour and a half and told us our total for today is $40. We were told by Super Fasts employee that if we moved forward with them ""that we are paying for honest work"". Nothing honest about this company and it's sad to see companies taking advantage of potential clients.

Highly recommend this company. They gave us a worst case estimate before starting work and completed jobs quickly. Kevin was very knowledgeable and personable. Will be calling them again when we have future electrical needs.
