Once again Michael and his crew have done an outstanding job. My husband and I purchased our 1st home in Vallejo that was originally built in the 30's so of course everything was out dated. As new home owners we were at a loss as to who we can trust to do a good job for an affordable price. Turning to Yelp we loved the reviews we saw for Super Electrical and decided to take a chance. Michael and his crew not only did a beautiful job rewiring our entire home, but he also recommended a super plumber: Daniel Candido, who was able to repair the horrible pipping job our original plumber McKenzie Plumbing made for a price you wouldn't believe. Now my husband and I are building our 2nd home from ground up and guess who we couldn't wait to call. Michael and his crew did another amazing job wiring our entire home and to top it off our new built home isn't located in the city of Vallejo, but they were still willing to travel the distance for us. That's what I call a professional with super quality service. Thanks for everything guys!!!!

Initially, I would have given this company a better review. Michael came out to our home and replaced several sockets, evaluated 2 sockets with boxes needing replacement (the bottom edge of each is broken) and checked out a location for an outdoor socket placement. He gave us a very reasonable estimate and a discount and set up an appointment to return to replace the boxes and add the outdoor socket. He picked the time and date. It seemed odd that he didn't have the parts to replace the boxes, especially since I had given detailed information about them over the phone. We have a Lowe's about 2 miles away, but there was no mention of running over there to get the needed parts. He did seem concerned about the return traffic that he would be driving in. Today, he did not show for the appointment. I called the office 40 minutes past the due time and left a message. At a little over an hour after the due time, Michael did call back. He apologized and offered another electrician through the same company who was at that time a lot closer, but who still had another hour before he would be free to come. For his own excuse, he said the traffic was bad on the bridge, but he hadn't called to let me know. I stayed home to take care of this today, and I really needed to be elsewhere taking care of another problem. While the estimate for the work was reasonable, and I could have had another electrician arrive in an hour, that electrician would likely have been here past 5 PM and might have arrived without the parts needed for the repairs and installation and possibly unwilling to get the parts locally. I would have had to reschedule again. I am frustrated that my time wasn't respected. The sockets that were replaced are working fine, so I am giving this company 2 stars instead of none.

I recently lost power in a part of my home. I had inquired to more than 5 other electricians before calling Super Electric. Michael had given me a reasonable quote over the phone and arrived the same day. He was able to trouble shoot and fix my problem within minutes. He is professional, efficient and courteous.

Jerry was prompt quickly found the problem that I had which disabled all the equipment in my kitchen with a massive shortage, quickly fixed it , was very pleasant and I got a years guarantee. Plus did you know that they don't charge extra for Sunday work, this is remarkable.

All I have to say is wow! Super Electric has been superb with excellent customer service and professional A+ knowledge on anything electrical. Jerry came out and did an awesome job working on our studio electrical nightmare we couldn't figure out. They fixed it in a timely manner and even threw in some parts for free we were missing. I couldn't be happier with my choice of guys to work on our Studio. Everything is working perfectly! Thank you Super Electric, you will be my go to guys from now on.

I am in rural Vacaville, got solar panels on the ground three years ago from a company that doesn't exist anymore. Early this year I had a leak in the ground and someone trying to help digging for the leak broke the connection between the solar and the house. I called different known electrical companies and they either gave me an appointment in one month or were not interested on the job. I called this guy randomly from the yellow pages and he came the same day, rally late (like 7 pm) but he did. he went to buy stuff to the Home Depot and came back, even later, but he worked late at night, he finished close to midnight.He not only fixed the connection of the solar to the house, but since he touched it my elctrical bill went really lower, even lower than it was after the solar was installed. I was paying my annual charges to PG&E like $1300 (NEM charges or whatever,) this year I paid nothing.He charged less than I expected and took care of some lighting as well. I fully recommend him and I hope he is available if anything electrical comes up again.

Company continued to promise they'd make it out to the house for electrical repair. I asked many times are you sure? They assured me ""no problem"". The idiots never showed up nor did they called to tell me they weren't coming. I would not advise anyone who needs service to depend on the words they say! Undependable, unreliable, and afraid to follow-up with customers to cancel. I SERIOUSLY DON'T RECOMMEND!
