I have been using Super Electric since fall of 2018 for about more than 5 different occasions for various properties. The quality and service is good every single time! Mike, the owner, always says "" I got you covered"" and he really means it! Most important to me is that Mike and his electricians care about our property safety and want to do a good & safe job for us. Highly recommended!!

I am in rural Vacaville, got solar panels on the ground three years ago from a company that doesn't exist anymore. Early this year I had a leak in the ground and someone trying to help digging for the leak broke the connection between the solar and the house. I called different known electrical companies and they either gave me an appointment in one month or were not interested on the job. I called this guy randomly from the yellow pages and he came the same day, rally late (like 7 pm) but he did. he went to buy stuff to the Home Depot and came back, even later, but he worked late at night, he finished close to midnight.He not only fixed the connection of the solar to the house, but since he touched it my elctrical bill went really lower, even lower than it was after the solar was installed. I was paying my annual charges to PG&E like $1300 (NEM charges or whatever,) this year I paid nothing.He charged less than I expected and took care of some lighting as well. I fully recommend him and I hope he is available if anything electrical comes up again.

Company continued to promise they'd make it out to the house for electrical repair. I asked many times are you sure? They assured me ""no problem"". The idiots never showed up nor did they called to tell me they weren't coming. I would not advise anyone who needs service to depend on the words they say! Undependable, unreliable, and afraid to follow-up with customers to cancel. I SERIOUSLY DON'T RECOMMEND!

Super electric came over to fix my electrical problem that I've had for years sure is great to have that part of my house working now. The technician Was nice and explain to me what he did. I'll call him again for any electrical work in the future and I highly recommend anybody with electrical problems to give him a call.

I Purchased American home Shield had to call them on a Friday I had electrical problems they sent somebody out on Saturday Bob was able to fix the problem and did a excellent job thank you for your service.

Called for service through American Home Shield on July 14th, they are the preferred electrical repair service, this was the 4 th appointment request, they promised to show up, NO Show, again, wasted over 7 hours waiting and our attic fan is still not working and AHS still charged us $120 for the service call. 44 days is a long time to wait for a service call.

Very positive experience with Super Electric. Called them at 9 30am on a Saturday morning when I was having a possible breaker short in my electrical box. Michael called me back within an hour and scheduled someone to come out later in the afternoon (could have been much sooner but I was going to be out). Edgar came out and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem(loose ground wire that was arcing) in about 20 minutes. Very happy with the quick work and cost was what I expected. Would definitely recommend them and will call again when needed.
