All good things to say about my experience with Super Electric. Michael was super quick to respond and set up an appointment for the following day. I needed my breakers replaced in my subpanel and within 1 day he was at my door ready to help. Arrived exactly on time and finished the job very quickly. I would definitely recommend this company again and will use them in the future if I need any electrical work.

Today I had the pleasure of hiring the services of this fine company. Joseph got tangled in some emergency so was unable to get to my house in the time they'd estimated, but Michael communicated this to me and it all worked out well.
Joseph took care of the install on the new doorbell transformer (Ring. Ugh.) and installed the little piece that goes into the ringer part as well. He was professional, and congenial. He answered my zillion questions, and was very helpful. He left a magnetic business card, which was appreciated as we tend to los things in piles of paper as we are in the middle of the old Japanese Death Cleaning to downsize.
I would NOT hesitate to hire this company for any of our future electrical needs should they arise. Fast. Responsive. Professional. Knowledgeable. What more can you ask for?

My husband bought an electric car and we needed to have a Level II EV (220V 50A) outlet installed in the garage. I also had a couple of other less urgent electrical projects around the house that I wanted to have done while I had an electrician in the house (i.e. having electric fan replaced in laundry room, an overhead light installed where there was no electrical hookup there, as well as having an outlet moved higher so that is behind a wall-mounted TV). Michael responded to my request for a quote right away and set up a time to come by for an estimate. Communication was awesome and everything was explained really well. Michael always gave a reminder call ahead just to confirm they were coming by. Edgar did most of the work and did an excellent job. We also had a second guy (Joe) come by to help out and he was also very professional and communicated everything well. They made what could have been a stressful project significantly easier and were able to work with me to schedule around days I already had off. Thanks guys! Much appreciated!

I am very picky, but these guys deserve my five star. 9:30 PM I went on Yelp trying to find an electrician to power my new Rheem tankless water heater that was just installed. Mike answer the phone. I apologize for calling so late. He said it was no problem, even though he was on vacation with his children in New York. I was surprised.
We troubleshoot when he asked me to send a picture of my breaker box.

The next day he sent Edgar over working me in among their other scheduled appointments.
Now I got myself an electrician. I definitely recommend them. Mike was very kind and thoughtful they knew I did not have hot water they work in into their schedule and gave me a price I can afford without jack the price since it was an emergency. Edgar showed up on time for the job and did a great job.

This is a great company! Michael contacted me right away and gave me a price and his number. I called and he arranged for his guy (Joseph) to come that evening. Unfortunately, Joseph got stuck on a job in the Bay area and couldn't make it that night. Joseph had texted me throughout the day to give me updates on Joseph's arrival but when Joseph got stuck Michael called me to let me know and set a new time for the next day. On this call he mentioned he would make it up to me for Joseph not making it. Joseph came the next day and he was great! Not only did he know what he was doing, he worked quickly and cleaned up after himself. He was very interesting and friendly as well. I enjoyed talking to him as he worked. They gave me a discount for being delayed a day which I appreciated even though it wasn't necessary. By the way, he also gave me the best price of all the companies that responded. I will recommend Super Electric to all my friends!

My garage fluorescent lights went out and I suspected a ballast problem. I thought about repairing the light myself; however, as a senior, I was concerned about being up on a ladder, and because I'm not an electrician, I decided to get professional help. I called Super Electric, and they had someone out to my home early the next day. The tech confirmed the problem and installed a new ballast within minutes. Quick, efficient, and professional! I also found the price reasonable. Very highly recommended!
