His career began in 1998 with his own residential electrical business, followed by over 30 years in a major manufacturing facility. Johnny excels in automation and PLC programming. Over the years, Johnny has developed strong troubleshooting skills and enjoys solving problems and assisting others.
Johnny finds fulfillment in working with Sunrise Electric and cherishes the team's commitment to quality. Quality is paramount in every project we undertake. He is optimistic about home brands and eagerly anticipates the future, excited to be part of that journey.
Originally from Alabama, Johnny is a devoted Auburn fan. His son, Jackson, studies at Midlands Tech and will soon transfer to USC. In his leisure time, Johnny enjoys fishing, bird hunting, and cruising.

He thoroughly explained his concerns with the existing wiring and provided me with multiple repair options. Sunrise recently completed an installation of a power pole for one of my clients. A friend of mine told me about a good experience he had recently with Sunrise so I recommended them. Nick showed up about an hour after I called and was able to get the work completed quickly. He was professional and very reasonably priced, especially considering the quick turn around time.
