This is a great company for Solar Electric and roofing..and Solar install...I wanted to make sure the contractor I picked had a 25 year record woking on Roofing and Electric and was licensed in all trades plus solar. The install was great. I had a roof leak before the install and they fixed for 500 Dollars. I did have a glitch with Sunpower. Sunpower sent out a sub contractor other than Miholland..that not do a good job..later Milholland was sent out and repaired the problem..I owned a commercial property management company for 30 years...I would surely use these guys.

stay away from Sunpower if you want service after the install. My monitoring system has not been working shortly after it was installed. I've been calling the company Sempre Solaris who installed it and they said they been trying to get it fixed but Sunpower doesn't want to replace that failed unit and they just keep saying we're working on it. It's been almost a year now and they have no plan or ETA on when it will get fixed.

From start to finish, professional and great to work with. Jason was our sales introduction and he was patient and helpful learning the process. In the field, the team led by Arturo was great! The whole process was went as planned with the exception of rain but Jose / crew did a great job working around the rain doing our roof and solar thermal install. The panel install crew and electrician Aden were all wonderful. Behind the scenes Maya and Austin were there and updating us often.

All in all a great job and service!

Our solar system just went live yesterday, the process seemed to go very smoothly from beginning to end. The primary limiting factor was the city inspection and the scheduling thereof. The experience was straightforward between the proposal (through their relationship with Guthrie & Sons HVAC (we also got our HVAC replaced)) to the plans coordinated by Maya and the install by Morgan and team and the activation / inspection facilitated by Miguel and Austin. No real problems to note.

Best service EVER! We had shopped awhile for a new roof & solar and after careful review we chose Milholland since they were the best price, had the best reviews and River our contact was wasn't the pushy salesman type. River is knowledgable, helpful and just Awesome!!

Art & his crew did a fantastic job on our new roof, their timing was great and we were surprised they ripped our old roof off and installed our new roof on a matter of a few days, and before the terrible rains. No leaks!! We did have to call them back for a few minor things but they were prompt and did everything that needed to be done. I find their responsiveness beats many contractors we dealt with lately. All work was done in a clean professional manner and we can't be happier.

The solar installation was so quick, it was installed in a day and on in about a week. No issues! We started monitoring the solar stats but won't have a real gauge of savings for a year. The real issue is SDGE's net metering and unfortunately who know when regulations would benefit the residential home owner. I don't think that will happen. :(

Jason is the man ! Great customer service and we are super happy with what has been going on so far ! Our roof needed to be repaired and they got us a great Contrsctor ! We don't have the panels quite yet but the customer service is stellar. Will update once the panels are up and working to see the bill difference !

We had the SunPower panels installed by Milholland Electric through Guthrie and Sons HVAC. We have done business with Gutherie before and because Milholland was affiliated with them, we had them give us a quote. We got about 8 quotes and theirs was the highest because of the SunPower panels. We also needed a roof (will review that work elsewhere) and Milholland did that work as well. Once the roof was complete, the solar installation was very quick. They installed it in a few hours, along with an additional breaker in the main panel. The city inspection was quick, and in less than 2 weeks we were in business! The panels look great, and are working well. The installers were all business. After we turned it on, Benjamin came out to the house to set up the monitoring system. He showed me how it worked and left me his number. I have to say I was disappointed with the SP monitoring. It doesn't show the individual panels, so I thought it wasn't very helpful. But I did find a partner site that does show the panels, so I am happy now. That is the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5.
