A/C was not working so I called them. I suspected it was an electrical issue so they sent out an electrician who ended up saying it was not an electrical issue and he was not actually knowledgable of A/Cs and so could not fix it. They have since harassed me multiple times for a service call fee that I refuse to pay since they are the ones who sent someone who didn't know what the hell he was doing. By the way, when I called a more capable and professional company, it did turn out to be an electrical issue that was fixed in less than a half hour. So your electrician is a moron. He was basically trying to show up and receive a service call fee for hanging out for 10 minutes and doing nothing.

Took 3 different techs to get fixed. Over 2 weeks. Couldn't even install the panel sticker correctly. This is laughable. One of the worst jobs I've ever seen. 2 different guys, one who came to the house and the other on the phone told me over a month ago they would give me a proper panel sticker that isn't upside down. Still waiting....have to take a picture of the panel sticker and edit it to rotate it properly to see what panel I'm shutting down. Just tell me no rather than lie to me twice. I even suggested dropping it off in the mailbox and I would finish their job for them myself. Couldn't even do that.
