Functioning without profit motives, Sumter EMC is governed by and belong to the areas we serve across various sections of the regions including Chattahoochee, Dougherty, Lee, Marion, Quitman, Randolph, Schley, Stewart, Sumter, Terrell, and Webster.

We offer affordable and reliable energy solutions, plus energy audits for our members. Additionally, we back educational programs and development initiatives for our clients, including Operation Round-Up, the Youth Tour to Washington, the Walter Harrison Scholarship, and the Georgia Cooperative Council's Youth Leadership Conference.
