Great Business People
had a major issue with breaker panel and outlets in my 40 year old house.. Summit responded quickly and professionally and were onsite shortly after contacting them. We are very pleased and will use the again if ANY electrical work is needed.

Ken K.Let me start by saying the work performed was top notch. The problem is their business practices. I explained on the phone I had a 2 socket outlet that had no power and a 3 way switch problem. A light switch at each end of a hallway that didn't work right, probably wired wrong I said. I was told on the phone there would be a $59.00 trip charge and then whatever it cost to fix the problems. Sounds fair, right? Well, the workman came and said there was a $180.00 diagnostic fee even after I had told them what was wrong. So they charged me to show up and then charged me to tell me what I had already told them. He was there and I needed the work done so I said OK. A few days later it was still bugging me so I called the company, I think I spoke with the owner. He told me the workmen t should not have called it a diagnostic fee, even though that's what was written on the invoice. He then told me he would send a coupon good towards any future work I might need. Gee, what a surprise! That n ever showed up!!!! So, again, the wok performed was top notch but the business practices are shady at best.
Had a little electrical problem...
Daniel was here in a flash and took care of the problem in no time at all...
Had Summit here for a different problem last year, sorry that I didn't post then.
