I recently needed to move out of my apartment and needed serious help. I reached out to Azat and he was extremely polite and accommodating to my maintenance requests. I knew I wouldn't be able to take care of it in time and needed help.

Azat shows up along with his wife, who work as a team. I showed him the blinds I needed put back up, and they got to work, FAST. I had some additional requests later, which they also accommodated.

They saved me so much time and reduced my stress dramatically, by taking care of those requests.

In addition, I asked them to come back 2 days later to help me with move-out cleaning, and they also took care of it. My apartment was spotless

Fixed my double doors that were not aligned properly, creating a jam error for our smart lock. Now the door is aligned and smart lock works perfectly. Not happy that he stepped on my ""pet free area"" sign and broke it and did not say anything to me about it. I understand it was an accident. No harm, no foul, but at least report it. Took 1 star off for that.

Azat is an intelligent, hardworking, honest handyman. I have had him work for me on several occasions, doing various types of work, including tile, painting, electrical and various fix-it jobs. He has worked both in my home and rental. The only problem I have writing this review is, that if he gets too busy he may not have time for me. By the way, Did I mention his rates are very reasonable.
