Used through Amazon. Never answered phone messages. Did not fix our switch and lied to Amazon that our electrical system was bad, not their work installing new switch.
Does not stand by their work. Do not recommend. Too many other reputable electricians out there to use.

Amazon home services customer. Tristan and Parker were prompt and professional, replaced two ceiling fans in high ceiling rooms and answered all my questions and concerns.

I have worked with Sully Electric several times over the years. I have always found them knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I find the other reviewers that hired an electrician to do things that are not ""electrical"" in nature really funny. That is the same as hiring a gardener to pull out your tooth. Hire the right person for the right job. For electrical work, Sully is fantastic.

I hired Sully Electric via Amazon services to install a new faucet in my kitchen. The faucet was a Flow with motion sensor. The technician came out and installed the faucet. I gave him the manual, but he was not interested in that. The unit was working fine, except that it would sometimes not retract. This is a big problem with this faucet because there is automated flow when the faucet is pulled down. Generally, I was able to get it unstuck with minor movements. Then it became much more chronic. Eventually I had to go back to the manual and read through the entire installation process. It turns out that the control box must be mounted approximate 9.8 inches from the spray hose - laterally. My control box had been mounted directly under the spray hose. Therefore, every time the spray hose was pulled, the weight mounted on the hose would hit the control box. It was mounted in a way that is eventually going to either destroy the mounting or break a component of the faucet or control box.
I contacted Sully Electric via Amazon. No response. I contacted Amazon. They contacted Sully Electric. No response. I called Sully Electric. No response. Because the installation was done more than 90 days ago, Amazon will not go further.
Here is my plan. After I file complaints with the Contractors State License Board and the Better Business Bureau, I will find a plumber to install the unit properly. I will then be sending the new plumber's bill to Sully Electric. If they don't pay, we will be going to Small Claims Court. And I will make a claim against their bond.

This company was subcontracted to place a tv. Did not bring the paid for wall mounts and has not contacted me despite multiple attempts. Had positive reviews on yelp, but currently it seems that they don't respond to phone or text in a timely manner. Has really inconvenienced us.

We had an appt but I was able to fix the original issue so things changed and got a bit complicated. Ezekiel was patient with me and installed our camera floodlight with a professional kind attitude.

Tyler and Tristan removed and replaced a chandelier from our 18' ceiling via an Amazon.com installation service. They were fast, professional, and did great work. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Tyler is great! We had 2 lights installed. One was easy and one was not so easy and he got it done quick! Pricing is really reasonable and Tyler is flexible with scheduling.

Overall, happy with Tyler's work. Only negatives would be the main panel replacement was completed and all the labels for which breaker controls what were all wrong and the cleanup of the site on a daily basis was mixed.
The finished work was good, and we have no issues other than trying to guess which breaker controls what.

Tyler from Sully Electric came out to our house because we had a fire in our electrical box that totally destroyed our electricity. Our insurance company Farmers was willing to pay the damages thankfully.
Tyler came out surveyed the damage and advised that the whole thing would have to be replaced from the incoming wire from the electric company on. The damage was so bad that we were without electricity for a week while all the work was being done. He planned the whole refit and got two more men to help him. The new box brings the house up to code and leaves room for expansion.
The workmen were professional, prompt and courteous. They were knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The finished product is great! I highly recommend this company.
