I hope everything is OK with these folks. Based on other comments here, it appears that at some time in early 2022 they simply stopped responding. I was hoping to have them upgrade my panel and they had actually done some research and planning, but then...nothing. Based on my prior experience, I don't believe that they were just being unprofessional, it seems more likely that something happened, but I have no idea what.

I'm posting this largely to see if there's any response or other news.

I was glad to find a local, woman-owned company to do some electrical work to prepare for our new swim-spa. Seth visited our house to give an estimate, then, weeks later, Courtney also visited (Seth, too) to have another look, and to refresh me on the specifics of their estimate.

As requested, I sent Courtney some documentation on the swim-spa that same day.

Evidently it was terrifying (or something), as that was the last contact I had with Sullivan Electrical. I sent a few emails, asking about anything, but got nada.

They seemed like such nice folks, and said many words about transparency and honesty.

Words are just words, it seems.

At first, when getting a quote for work that would need to be done, they were very responsive and on time for the estimate. However when the time to do the work came...communication failed. I messaged on Yelp asking about timing: no response. I called the phone number listed: no answer. I left a voicemail...and finally got a call, to say they wouldn't be out on the day of the appointment and would be out the next day after 3 pm. Ok, no worries...except that they never showed. I called the listed number a few times and called the number that called me the day before...no answers at all. No follow up, nothing. Finally, I contacted a different electrician to get the job done.

I really enjoyed working with Courtney and Seth. Seth did a great job installing more than 10 lights and fans. I like that they provide flat rate quote upfront instead of charging by the hour to make the cost predictable. Seth is hard working and does amazing job. Highly recommend. Now I am thinking to update more lights and will definitely come back.

Oh also, Courtney is very responsive on messages.

Quickly responded to my request for quote on installing an EV charger. While other companies told me I would need to upgrade my panel and trench out to the main line, costing me thousands, Courtney took the time to do a load analysis on my existing panel and provide an alternate solution for less than a tenth of the cost. They arrived on time, were courteous, respectful, and even scheduled the work on our lunch hour so my wife and I were not interrupted while working from home. They got everything hooked up quickly and professionally so that I can charge my EV from home and saved me thousands in the process.

I needed bathroom fan switch separated from the light switch. I contacted several electricians for an estimate, and Sullivan Electric provided me with the clearest scope of work and a reasonable price. The electrician, Seth, showed up the next day to do the work. He was on time, courteous and friendly, did and excellent job, and left everything clean. I would hire this company again.

Great response time and follow up. Made an appointment, they showed up and knocked it out timely. All of my questions and concerns were answered and my confirmation was checked a few times before cutting. 4 pendant lights installed.
