Mr. Lee finished replacing the bathroom light, 2 bathroom exhaust fan, and 3 switches yesterday. He had to rewire the bathroom for the light and exhaust fan and had to cut open the wall ( 2 small holes) and enlarge the hole for the exhaust fans. He patched the holes afterwards. His work and service were outstanding and his price was very very reasonable. The work areas were covered with plastic sheets and he cleaned and even vacuum the bathroom floor. He and his staff were extremely polite and courteous. If you need an electrician, Mr. Lee is the person one should contact first to get an estimate. I will surely recommend him to my friends and will ask him to do any electrical work that I might need in the future. He wore mask and gloves while doing the work.

Very professional work. Showed up with mask on and did a tremendous job installing a new 220V outlet. Now I can charge my Tesla faster over night instead of 4-5 days. The house is old so it has only 110V outlets. Very affordable price and he can definitely work with your budget.

Mr. Sueng Lee installed a pendant light where there was no existing wiring for me. The job was complicated and time consuming but he defined what perfection is. He is not just an electrician but an electrician with craftsmanship.

He really took his time to make a plan when he first came for an estimate. He is very skillful, courteous, patient, and most of all detail oriented. He even took the time to level the light by adjusting the string length one by one. I had a similar light put up before by someone else and they just told me I could adjust the length myself.

He never told me he needed some more parts and would need to charge me more because of it during the job.

When I was getting quotes, some electricians told me if they'd have to cut the drywall, they wouldn't patch it. They would refer me to someone else to patch it. Mr. Sueng Lee patched the drywall after he had to cut it for the job. All I need to do is to paint. He not only saved me money but also time.

He laid down clean films on the floor to protect the surface before the job. He even cleaned the floor with a broom after he was done.

During the whole process, he was very patient. He really took his time to get the job done perfectly. He did not make me feel he was in a rush to get it done so that he could go to his next. The price was also unbelievably reasonable.

Next time if I need any electrical work done, I will go straight to him. People like Mr. Sueng Lee with such skills, patience, and manners, deserve to be known.

I installed a ceiling fan recently at my second floor guestroom and Mr. Lee came on time and finished a job within hour without any fuss with reasonable price. He took extra care not to make a mess going in and out my attic. Previous company made a utter mass with all the debris falling on top of my wife's dress which made my wife really upset.
