I want to give an honest updated review because that's what people want and what Structured Wiring deserves. Jason originally wired our speakers and set up our system over a year ago. We recently had some issues with the speakers and I reached back out to him to see what could be done. I'm not going to lie there was some back and forth but I will say this- Jason is a passion for what he does and to his company. He is willing to do whatever it takes to make sure that the customer is not just partially satisfied but 100% happy even if it means he loses time and money on the job.
Getting back to it- our Sonos speakers needed to be reworked due to a cut in the wire by an animal and our network needed to be reset. Jason took care of it all and I know he took a loss on this job, but he cares too much about the customer to care about that. Jason is a standup guy and he won't disappoint in service or satisfaction.

If I could give 10 stars (or more) I would. I contacted Jason at Structured Wiring because I needed a professional to mount a large TV on a Shiplap wall of a new home that I had just moved into. Jason is beyond the ""real deal"". The quality of his work is perfection. If there is such a thing of making a mounted TV look like a piece of Art, Jason did exactly that. I had a floating sound bar that was installed in my last home just floating below the TV and always looked like it did not belong with the TV. Jason, added a very streamlined sound bar mount to the back of the TV so the sound bar is now connected to the TV and makes it look as if it is all one piece. I also want to give a shout out to Gabriel who came with Jason and helped with the install. They were both friendly, professional and completely cleaned up after themselves. Since Jason can handle other electrical jobs, we reviewed a list of other projects that I'm going to bring Jason back to help me with. After Jason and Gabriel were finished, Jason noticed my front porch light was out so he pulled LED lights from his truck, changed out my lightbulb, then noticed that I have an under the front porch sitting area that also had a light out so he changed that bulb. And if that wasn't enough, there were two other lights in the under the porch area that were casting a yellow glow, so Jason changed those bulbs so all the lights would shine the same. He did not charge me for that, he just did it out of the kindness of his heart and left me a few extra bulbs. Finally...Jason and Gabriel came with their masks on and worked within the Covid-19 guidelines. I greatly appreciated that they cared enough to do what they could to keep me safe. I highly recommend Jason for TV mounting and other electrical jobs.

Jason has been a no show twice before I finally got him to my house. I wanted him to hang 4 TVs and conceal everything. He hung all 4, but 2 were crooked by about an 1/8 to a 1/4in. On top of that, to hide all the wiring, he cut a bunch of holes in my wall and then did a lackluster job ""patching"" them. Sure my wires are out of view now, but my smooth walls now have bumps all over them where he tried to patch them. Now I have to get a painter & a drywaller to fix Jason's mess. There has got to be a more professional installation team in the area! If you are thinking of Jason and crew, my advice is to keep looking!

Jason did a wonderful job installing speakers for our home theatre. He also ran our speaker wires through the wall so we no longer had to see them. We had him install our chandelier too and put in 2 more recessed lights. His work is great! He cleans up any mess and is not satisfied unless his customers are. It is very hard to find someone in this business who can do it all! Jason is the guy!

I called Rader to come in and do electrical work for me twice, on two different houses. Each time, he shows up with all the right equipment and knows exactly how to get the job done even with my input. He's one of the most communicative contractors I've dealt with, and he's very transparent about cost, equipment needed, resources he needs to acquire to get the job done right the first time, Etc. I've been very happy with his work and look forward to using them again in the future for whatever other jobs I have.
