Does not return phone calls. They were called out to install outside ADT camera with flood lights. They removed our current flood lights to install the new camera with flood light from ADT. After hooking up the new ADT system it did not have enough power to the new system to live view, record and turn on the flood lights. I called them to come back out at our expense to fix the problem. I understand we need it rewired to be able to allow enough power to support the new system. He said he would call me back to schedule a time to come out and fix it. I've called twice and he won't call me back. We bought this new system for added security at our home. We don't feel safe with the current system not working like we were told it would. Super disappointing. I'll be letting ADT know about this issue also.

William Garcia and his associate did excellent work installing receding lighting in our kitchen, living and hallway. He added dimmer switches to all those area.. I love it! My home now doesn't look dark,, but lots of bright to dim lighting! Also replaced old fans in sunroom. We also bought a microwave a few years back and installer connected it to an existing electrical line which always shorted out kitchen area when other appliances were in use and micro was on. William and worker connected it to it's own dedicated line having to go into attic and being mindful of AC wiring etc. Lastly, he's very conscious of customer's property; covered all the furniture, appliances and areas he worked in. He's costs we're very reasonable in comparison to other electricians. We will continue to call him for other future electrical projects. We would recommend him in a heart beat! Thank you William

William Garcia is an absolute star.
William gives us a call beforehand that he is on the way.
He gets here right on time, then gets out of his car with a huge smile on his face.
Right off the bat, he brought this warm, welcoming energy.
Not only did he ask to see if he needs to take off his shoes before entering, he literally floated across the living room.
The whole time during his visit, there was not a single second that was wasted.
The efficiency of his time management was just magnificent.
We've previously drilled a hole in our garage and accidentally hit a power line.
He diagnosed the situation and also identified that it was not one but two cables that needed to be replaced.
We had also asked him to add a double gang outlet within the vicinity to which he obliged.
He did not have all the cables that he needed to do the job, so he even went out of his way to get them.
The whole process took around 4 hours or so, and the end result was just fabulous.
Recommended? Absolutely.
William Garcia is most definitely the man to look for!
