This review is based exclusively off of a driving interaction I had with an individual driving a Strong Tower Electric truck. This individual (white man, 30's, facial hair, music blaring, smoking a cigar) crossed the middle line on Gattis School Rd twice, causing me to move over into the grass. I was able to navigate around him and, while passing his vehicle, I noticed that he was on his phone texting, completely oblivious to the world around him.

This business might be highly recommended but good luck getting to use them. I had heard great things and reached out to them to get a quote on a residential job. He promised to contact me that afternoon to schedule to come out. Three days later I reach out to him again and he tells me how busy he is but he will get back to me. Three days later I reach out again practically begging for a quote on our project. He picked 9:30am the next morning (a Saturday) to come out, so my family changes our plans to be available for that appointment because we are anxious to get the quote. Well at 9:40am (he's already late) and he texts that he will be another 20 minutes. This left us with a really bad impression and feeling like potential new customers like us and OUR Saturday time isn't important. They might be a great company..... if they ever call you back or show up. ?

I was having problems with my electrical closet where I had all my networking hardware. The Internet kept going out the router was resetting and even though we had three spectrum people here they could nots figure it out. One of them mentioned that improper grounding or polarity on the electrical line might be the problem. I called Jared to come check out everything he quickly noticed that there definitely was going to be a problem with so much stuff connected to one outlet and installed a dedicated separately grounded outlet for all the electronics. That fix the problem and my Internet stop going out every hour or so. Jared is awesome and I highly recommend him.
