Great to do business with. We have used them about 3 times in the last year for different things. They are very thorough, clean up after themselves and always courteous. Reasonable rates.

Wow, what a mess. They scheduled an appointment with me, and then were a no-show. I was going to take my business elsewhere, but they kept calling me back to reschedule so I figured I'd give them a chance again. Then they were a no-show again. When I called and asked them about it, the guy was standing in the office and said he could come by (40 minutes late). I have to work; I can't wait all day for a sketchy electrician to show up. If they can't keep track of an appointment, how can I trust that they won't get wires crossed and burn my house down?

They were a no show and didn't even bother to call me until 6 days after our scheduled appointment. At that point, I no longer wanted to do business with them.

Wow! Saturday my tenant informs me she is having electric issues with a couple of rooms. I call around and no one answers. I finally give a call to Strickland's and James answer the call and goes out there the same day and replaces the outlets. Very nice guy and the cost was not outrageous. So happy to find someone who reacted quickly and on a weekend no less!

The initial job they did was fine. I was told to call back for an appointment for them to finish the job, which I did the next day. They do not return calls. I called them 3 times, got an appointment, waited all day and no one showed. What a crappy unprofessional way to treat a customer. Someone called me 6 days later to say they got a really big job at an apartment complex or something and that I might want to go with someone else. I was put on the back burner..great way to run a business.I wish I had known they were so unprofessional beforehand.
