The technichian did not resolve our issue and didn't really leave any suggestions but was willing to fix an outlet that wasn't working and check on a fan for us. He gets paid by the hour so I made use of him and he was fine with it. He was on time and did help on the other things. He was very polite and respectful.
rescheduled first appointment then for the second appointment was advised that there was another job that was bigger than mine and therefore they needed to cancel and reschedule my appointment once again. No one ever bothered to call back. Strada Electric in Jacksonville Florida was always prompt on time and if they said they were coming, they came unfortunately this was not the same experience that we received here.
