Kelly P.rescheduled first appointment then for the second appointment the technician just shows up at my house asking where I was when he never tried to call to let me know they were on the way. when I arrived home he was rude and abrupt. I asked him to leave. I called Strada and they verified no call was made and their policy was not followed. I wanted to have it rescheduled. No one ever bothered to call back. Strada Electric in Jacksonville Florida was always prompt on time and if they said they were coming, they came unfortunately this was not the same experience that we received here.
