Joe Strada, founder of Strada Services, started his journey at the age of 14. He devoted his efforts to honing his skills and providing exceptional service to customers.
At 19, Joe joined a prominent air conditioning firm. Throughout his career, he recognized a demand for reliable electrical contractors in Florida who shared his commitment to customer service.
In 2003, he established Strada Services. Our team delivers professional electrical, security, and HVAC services. Our commitment includes exceptional customer service, prompt responses, and reliability.
Joe S is a licensed master electrician in the states of Florida and Georgia. He also possesses Florida state licenses in Plumbing, Air Conditioning, General Contracting, and Home Inspection. Since 1983, he has focused on providing excellent service to clients.

Minor issues in a new build were addressed promptly. Still waiting on an estimate for ""zoning"" the a/c in my 2,800 Sq ft home but I wouldn't have anyone but Strada do the work.

Beware of Strada.
I called to get hvac fixed. Tech was there for 3 hours ($144 service fee - twice as much as others).
He asked for the manual, then he asked for a ladder, then he never found issue but added refrigerant and wanted to charge me $1200 for txv valve, saying it was bad. Funny thing is I just had it replaced. So they left and did nothing. I had a 2nd opinion and txv valve is fine. And now tech is calling me demanding payment and asking why I complained, when he blocked the driveway and stood in front of the door when str guests were trying to get into the villa, and tech said in ring camera, I need to know who is going to pay me. Seriously? They have a dept for that. He just stood there and blocked them. He was there for 4 hours and nothing was fixed. Then I get a call asking for the money because they ordered the part. I said no to getting another txv valve. I dont need one! Worse service ever. Call someone else. I called the office person and asked for an update while they were there, and she said I am sure he if doing a thorough examination. I asked her to check if he needed help. He was there for 4 hours, says the mini split is leaking, but cant find leak, so filled us with refrigerant ($350) and then left .
I wish I would have seen these reviews earlier.

Technicians Cody Thompson and Hector Isabel did and excellent job installing 2 ceiling fans, an electrical outlet and strip lights in 4 hours. They were polite, professsional, knowledeable and efficient. I would use Strada Electrical services again.

As a follow up to my 6/23 post last year, I continue to have issues with the $3k of electrical work performed by Strada. I just hired another electrical contractor to remediate the work performed by Strada. It seems that Strada was in violation of the National Electric Code by dropping Romex into a wet location. Strada had offered to refund half of my $3k last June, if I signed a non-disclosure agreement. Of course I did not, as I would lose all recourse. You never get to talk to Joe or his Customer service manager, only the woman that picks up his dry cleaning and takes his kids to school (Fixer) about these matters. Again, avoid Strada at all costs, and it may save you or your loved one's lives!!!

We have renovations going on at our home and Strata services was hired to do our electrical work. They sent out three electricians to do the job and they were all very professional and polite. Cody Thompson, Alberto Caballero, and Andy Diaz did a wonderful job and cleaned up all work areas when they were finished. We would recommend Strata services to anyone needing electrical work.

i had one of the worst experiences with Strada. i called several times and avbergae hold time was over 30 minutes. they are more concerned about ensuring you know it will be $144 dollar service cal then answering the phone or returning your call. I had to have the motor replaced on air handler. The part was covered under warranty and took the repairman 20 minutes of work. The price for the just the labor was quoted at over $500. Costumer Service is a challenge for their company and hope they can provide more training to raise the level of even their managers that still has not return several calls about how his customer service is at his location.

Customer service is horrific! Go elsewhere. They make promises and don't keep them. They DO NOT care. I've requested receipts of work I've paid for, I never receive them. They charge ridiculous amounts and then won't give you an itemized receipt. I believe they over charge customers and don't provide receipts. I will NEVER use them again. They need new leadership!!!

set an appointment a week out. communicated the times I had access to get a key to the roof to get an AC Tuneup. I emailed and called them to ensure they knew the latest they could come. I got an email and said they wou arrive between 8am and 1pm. no show after sitting at the house and taking off work and no call to tell us they were running late. I called and cancelled since I wasted an entire day off.

Al showed up in the time frame as he stated and looked at my concerns and was very informative of what was going on with my kitchen light and wall plug in. Very professional and polite and knowledgeable. I would us this company again.

We called for A/C service on a Sunday, day before Memorial Holiday. The tech arrived Sunday and said someone would come out Tuesday to confirm the needed part. Tuesday, we called at 10:15 and were told the parts department would contact us. After calling again around 4:30 someone called us later and asked if they could come out Wednesday afternoon to look at the. So Tuesday was wasted. Wednesday two different techs came out and the second one said he had to call the company to approve the part. Parts department would call us about arrival. They called and said the part would arrive Friday. We called Friday afternoon and the part would arrive Saturday but the company is closed. We called Monday and they said the part was still not there! We called later that afternoon. Parts said they would call the company again. They called us soon and said the part was actually there and the repair was scheduled the next day with the original tech who could do nothing. My husband opted to wait for another tech and the repair was done Thursday, eleven days after the original call!! They wasted two days and were not good with customer service. I called twice asking for a manager and never spoke to one. Would not use and would not recommend this company.
