Jorman came and fixed a wiring issue we had. Took care of the issue and explained everything to us on the warranty and maintenance of our new construction Trane system. Was very clean and kept our house clean also. Very professional!

I pay for a wire protection plan through Duke energy. I called for service 7/29. At first they sent it to live wire electric. They never showed up. Duke then sent Strada. I'm giving them the 2 stars for promptness the first day. After that it all went downhill FAST! On 8/10 Dennis showed up. He was very nice & seemed like he would follow through. He told me he needed to come back the following week. He needed a second guy to help run new wires. I told him to go ahead & leave the washer & dryer pulled out since he was coming back in a few days. The following week, I never heard from them. I called Duke to ask what was happening. They contacted Strada who connected me to their office assistant. She told me she would put me on the schedule for that next Monday. She told me my appointment was noon but I'd most likely hear from them between 11-12. I said no problem.
On Monday I waited for the tech to show up. At 1pm I called Strada to ask where he was. They said he has until 4pm to show up so he's not late, yet. I asked for an ETA since I pick my granddaughters up from school. They had no idea. I called my daughter who had to take an extra break to go get them since I couldn't leave.
Fast forward to 4pm. I called Duke since this guy still never called or showed up. They get ahold of Strada who keeps trying to reach their guy; Dennis. He finally answers and is instructed to call me. He calls at 4:15 saying they're tired & hungry & really don't think I want the job done today. Nope, I wasted the entire day waiting on them, they can come do the job. Had they bothered to call earlier, I may of been more flexible. At this point I was done waiting on them! He says he will be here in 30 minutes. At 5:50pm he pulls up. (Definitely not 30 mins!) He then sends his helper in to do the job while he sits outside in the truck. Remember, he said he had to come back with 2 guys yet he sits outside while the helper runs outside, back inside, into the attic, back to the laundry room, back outside.... Etc. this went on about 25-30 minutes. Finally Dennis decided he's gonna help... he knocks on the door, proceeds to ask where the other guy is. I say he's out back. Then, Dennis proceeds to go into my attic and drill the hole for the wire.
HE DRILLS THE HOLE IN THE WRONG ROOM!!!
He was supposed to drill it into the bedroom where the washer & dryer is. He drilled it 3-4 feet away from the actual spot he should have! I must also mention he was only about 3 feet from the attic door so he could of looked back & saw he was nowhere near the correct spot. He then goes to talk to his supervisor, I see him taking pictures & wonder what's going on & why is this guy taking pictures in my bathroom!? He leaves a huge mess & says his boss will send him back to caulk it. Now this is a tile in the center of my shower in my guest bathroom. It's not a small hole either. I tell Dennis I want it fixed properly. He says they can just caulk it. I said I'll be contacting Duke again. The next day, Dennis calls again to ask if he can come CAULK the tile!!! I said no, I want the tile replaced. It's a common white tile & he can fix it properly. I did not hear from them for a few more days. I contacted Duke and spoke to the supervisor. I sent him pictures of the damage, he agreed it needed to be replaced. I was supposed to hear from Strada the next day. I never heard from them. I messaged the supervisor from Duke energy again, he contacts Strada again! I received a call from Alex a couple days later. He said he was sending a message to his tile guy, I should hear from him the next day. That never happened. It took me another week & a half of back & forth to finally get the tile replaced. The guy did a good job on the tile but failed to clean up any of his mess again! For this one small tile to be replaced, I sure had a huge mess to clean up!
additionally, Dennis would not put the appliances back after he was finished. I told Alex (supervisor) this & was told they don't move anything. He says even if it's a dishwasher that needs repair, they require the customers to remove it before their arrival!?!? Yeah... pretty much BS but hey, it's Strada... that's the name of their game. Can you imagine calling for a repair but you're supposed to unhook your electric on your own? Yeah.., just call a reputable electrician. I've already told Duke if this is all they've got, I'd rather cancel my plan than have them here again. They're that big of a joke! Yes, my dryer finally works again but for the amount of hassle it took to get it repaired, I would never recommend Strada services & most definitely will never allow Dennis in my home again! Can you believe they wanted to just put caulk that hole in my tile shower!? Can you imagine being a guest & looking up to see a hole in the shower, while you're showering!? Yeah, I wasn't going for it either...

Our electricity was out in our Master Bedroom and Bath. I called and spoke to David who figured out our problem over the phone. He originally said someone could come out Monday, but immediately called back and asked me to try something that could be the cause. It worked and electricity was restored.
I am an extremely happy customer. Thank you David for your kindness! Thank you Strada for being of excellence!

I DO NOT recommend their services.
In January I bought a new home in Winter Garden FL, from K. Hovnanian homes, and Strada Services is the contractor responsible for the Electrical. They installed a Master Light Switch that controls my Undercabinet Led light at the top of the wall inside the Pantry (I need a ladder to access it), it is next to the transformer, and now they are refusing to relocate it saying that I have a second switch for the same Led lights and that they are only required to provide one switch per fixture.
Well, the problem is that it was an upgrade, I paid over $500 for a nice ""Lutron Caseta Smart Start Kit, Dimmer Switch with Smart Bridge and Wall Mount Pico Adapter"", so the minimum I expect is to have that system installed correctly, there are tons of videos on the internet about how to install them, definitely the person who installed this here had no idea and training to deal with these new systems.
Also according to the Building and Electrical Standards available in the ""2020 edition of NFPA 70"" ""page 70, item 404.8 Accessibility and Grouping"", not sure if this means something as I'm not an expert in the area but it says ""All switches and circuit breakers used as switches shall be located so that they may be operated from a readily accessible place.
They shall be installed such that the center of the grip of the operating handle of the switch or circuit breaker when in its highest position, is not more than 6ft 7in (2.0m) above the floor."".
This was probably a mistake, they most likely forgot to wire that and were not going to break the wall to do it properly. Or the person installing it had no idea what he was doing here.

They came to fix a light switch that they never wired correctly first. Got their dirty hands prints all over my brand new built home, which I now have to paint. I worked construction as well, this was not acceptable. Please treat jobs as if they are your own home. And come to find out my power drill charger is now missing, it just didn't vanish!

Just had Al Chiarelli at my house to install two ceiling fans. I was so happy with his service and professionalism. Al went over and above my expectations. He was also very nice! Would definitely call on him again for any electrical needs.

The customer service staff at Strada Electric is phenomenal. Al Chiarelli is always efficient, punctual, thorough and friendly. From scheduling with customer service on the phone to the date of service everything was excellent. I couldn't ask for a better technician. Al is very professional and exceeds my expectations. Strada as a company has a great employee!

Absolutely horrible service!! They came in to our home to add can lighting, a pendant light, and other miscellaneous jobs. One of the electricians dropped the pendant light we bought, and bent it, now it's hanging crooked. He used foul language under his breath while installing it, plus didn't install a dimmer as promised. The two switch plates in the kitchen have not been installed, and the can lights in the living area aren't flush with the ceiling. It's been well over a week now, and we still haven't heard from the sales and service department as to how this poor work is going to be resolved!

I started with Del Air on a home renovation in Orlando...Strada bought DelAir and took over in the middle of the job....horrible service....no response or call back after promises made

After lightning struck my home, Strada Electric came out and went through my entire house checking outlets, breaker panels and even the meter box. Al C. did a great job going through each breaker, checking all connections and wires. Felt much better knowing everything had been inspected. He found a few loose wires, everything is now good! Kudos.
