Steve has done a lot of contracting and electrical work that I was aware of through a friend that works at Lightbulbs Unlimited on Morena. So when it came time for me to find a contractor to do a recessed lighting, hanging light replacements and a flat panel TV mount on my 1950s bungalow, I thought I'de give him a try. And I couldn't be happier. The work was done very rapidly and very professionally and the finished product looks great. Subtle changes that have made the house look immensely better. His price was very fair and worth the value he brought to the project. He was friendly and attentive during the entire 2-day process. I plan on hiring him again for more work in the near future.

Steve is the easiest and most reliable contractor I've ever worked with. We needed a major overhaul of one of our rental properties, which involved everything from replacing a dangerously rotten floor to installing the finishing touches of new lighting and window coverings. As with any big renovation project, Steve had to rip all the old stuff out, assess the condition of the underlying structure, make substantial repairs, put in a new bathroom and kitchen, redo much of the carpentry, refinish floors, and repaint the place. He gave me an up-front quote for the labor, a timeline for completion, and an estimate of the cost of materials. He was spot on! He kept us apprised regularly of progress, explaining things, and sending us photos. He advised us well, and helped us choose materials. Most important, he skilfully overcame all obstacles that arose in that old property. He follows through with things, has highly skilled tradesmen, and only takes on one major job at a time, so you always have his full focus and attention until the job is done. Steve is a dream to work with, and I never thought I'd ever be recommending a contractor to anyone. I'll never use anyone else!

Steve has done lighting work on my own home, my friends homes and my clients homes. He really is my go-to for all things lighting and I truly appreciate his attention to detail. Steve is so friendly and outgoing sometimes I forget how detail oriented and technical he is as well. Steve really balances both sides and what I love is that we can speak so easily when we work together. Some contractors are bad at business and some are great at business but bad at their craft. Steve is great at both and that is what makes him stand apart from the rest. Kudos Steve!

Steve just completed my second remodel and while I got bids from others, I finally realized why chance it with anyone else?! Steve is honest, on time with the project, does great work, clean, efficient, easy to work with, responsive and very helpful with design and placement. He treated my little condo remodel as though it was a major project, and I know he does much larger projects. I love the recessed lighting and he hard wired my ceiling fans, which is awesome. Next, I am getting the under counter lighting in the kitchen from him. I will also have him work on my bathroom remodel, because I love what he did for my current bathroom, especially the shower light.
