Carisa S.Reviews are accurate as far as communication. Terrible at answering and returning calls. Had a temp pole installed and had to come out twice to get it right. Overpriced to install at $1900, said deposit of $1000 would be returned then said they didn't say that. When asked about it the owner was very rude and hung up the phone on a customer. Talk about extremely poor customer service; very unprofessional, very rude, and terrible company. They'll probably respond that they don't know me like they did in other review but that's a lie. Terrible company I would give no stars if it was allowed. And if they want to say we contacted them 6 months later this is due to the new construction (which can take up to a year) and have been calling them to ask them to remove the temporary pole which they still have yet to do, because again they never answer or respond!
