Had some fluorescent fixture issues with very old units and Gerzain was exceptional in his communication about everything, estimate, appt time and confirmation, and especially helping us understand all options including terminology for us. He arrived early and was very friendly and was happy to explain things when we asked any question, while working very efficiently.
