Startech did an amazing job not once, not twice but all six times I've had them come out to our house to update lighting or to add on to our ongoing projects. They are professional, kind, fast, honest, problem solving and very easy to work with. You can't go wrong giving them a call and putting them to work. They put up 7 fans, 8 lights, added exterior outlets, added interior switches and outlets and everything they've touched has been done perfectly. Very grateful to have them for this work and my future projects.

I wanted to give a shout-out to StarTech Electric. A few days ago I used Startech to add a 60amp breaker box in preparation for some new pool equipment. They had previously given me an estimate for the work (no charge for the estimate). It was a pricey job as expected, but when they actually got into the garage attic to begin the work, they discovered untapped electrical resources. Bottom line, they did a great job (thanks Ian and Trevor) and charged me considerably less than I was originally quoted due to decreased labor and materials. That is honesty!

Startech came in to do a lot of work for us today. Some of the work turned out to be more difficult than my wife and I told them it would be. Plus, we added a bunch of work for them while they were here.

That didn't deter these electricians. They did an exceptional job at _all_ the work, got it all done on time, and well within the budget they estimated. They were friendly, courteous professional...the way you always hope that contractors will be.

The only surprises were great ones! These are the best guys with which we have ever worked. They get our highest recommendation.

Worked with this company for several months during the summer and they could never fix the problem. Travis was the one that seemed to know the issue but he would send someone else out that was not familiar with it or did not have the experience in dealing with it. A different breaker was supposed to be put in to be able to handle what we had. A new one was put in but the same kind of breaker, I found that out a couple weeks ago when I had someone look at it and that was months later. Travis always said he would be out in the next few days, took him usually a week or more, wouldn't return calls or texts. Didn't see him again. The final time dealing with this company Travis sent another crew out. They said they took care of it and the issue was fixed. I paid them (a lot) and the issue happened again.

StarTech had to clean up after a handyman didn't connect my bathroom ceiling vent/light/heater correctly. They were pleasant, prompt, and corrected the problem quickly. I should have called them in the first place.

We've used StarTech three times so far. They are always responsive and have done a great job. The guys have always been respectful and great to work with. They pointed out a couple of things they noticed about my lighting and helped us reduce electricity costs. I've also listened to their advice and got a home surge protector that actually saved my electronics when lightning struck our satellite dish. Just cannot say enough good things about StarTech.

Sorry but this is not a reputable company. Robert and Charlie came to my house to install ceiling fans. They showed up and didn't have the right size ladder so they had to come back. They came back three days later to install and said that I had the wrong down rods. Robert said no worries I can get them in 2 to 3 days. He calls while he's at my home and says that he can get them. I said okay and leave everything where its at since you'll be back in a few days. Fast forward, 2 weeks later I called Robert and he said that he would put me on the calendar for this Friday. It's Friday and I haven't heard from Robert so I call Bart the owner. Bart says let me call Robert and see what's going on. He calls me back 2 hours later and says that he can have my fans installed next week either Tuesday or Wednesday. I told him that I was told a few days to have the work done and now it's going to be almost three weeks. Bart says ""I'm sorry but it is what it is"" In the mean time I have the fans built sitting on the floor waiting for them to install them.
No customer service, No follow up, No follow thru. I would not use this company.

We asked Startech Electric to replace the Fluorescents with LED lighting in our garage. Ian and his assistant Trevor arrived on time. They were personable, very knowledgeable and efficient. The LED lights are great, no worries about replacing ballast ever and the lights will last for many years. The price was fair and appropriate. We highly recommend Startech Electric.
