In the past I've used Starr Electric on several occasions. I was always pleased with the results.
Apparently the company has been so successful that they no longer need or want my business. They blew off an appointment this afternoon--no show, no one called or even texted.
The whole point of hiring professional tradespeople is so you can trust the quality of the results. But if they can't even be bothered to make contact when they have to reschedule, then you can't trust them with your home.
These people have lost my business because of their lack of professionalism and their unwillingness to communicate. I used to recommend them enthusiastically, but I can no longer recommend them at all.
