Call this company to put in a simple outlet. The person who came was not from this company at all. My husband was told it was $99 to come out and if the job was booked the $99 would be credited. That is not what happened. Somebody else came from an entirely different company and charged us $450 on top of the $99. Somebody is working under somebody else's license and clearly overcharging.

Really disappointed. Called to get a quote and could not get a price for a simple job. Also they said they had certain discounts and when I asked about it they denied they had them. Just needed a flood light changed. Don't need to pay 75.00 for a quote on something very simple.

Star Electric Service is absolutely awesome. Charged me less then quoted because he said it was easier than expected. He did a great job with installing can lights and dim switch in 2 rooms and tv on a wall. Highly recommend him. He is honest and straight forward.

Contacted Star Electric Service for a quote to install a 15-40 outlet to change my Tesla model 3.  They came out the very next day, gave me a very reasonable quote including city permit.  Hired them and the job was completed quickly.  They did a fantastic job communicating what they were doing and with the follow through of the city permit.   I highly recommend this team!

Solid work! Tried to help me fix the problem over the phone First so he wouldn't have to come over and have to charge me the ""emergency"" price. I thought it would be safer getting it properly checked out and the price was worth the piece of mind. You shouldn't mess with electrical issues yourself! Leave it to the professionals.

Wow, Fred from this amazing electrical team gave us outstanding customer service!  After no one showed up at the end of the day from another company when our refrigerator AC and all other major appliances were all out due to electrical short Fred made sure to make time for us after his final appointment of the day.  He was polite and courteous when he arrived.  He let us know that ComEd would be able to fix the issue we had free of charge if we contacted them. And he didn't charge us anything for the visit saying that he was in the area anyways and once the problem was fixed by ComEd they could help with any additional issues later on if need be.
