Just recently bought a house in South Palm Springs and needed to have some electrical work done. Star Electric Energy was responsive, punctual, efficient, and fair with pricing. We swapped out all the old lights in the kitchen and bathrooms for energy efficient lights, converted a closet into an office space (got new outlets added into there), and had a floor outlet that was broken, fixed.

We recently moved into a small place in Palm Springs and needed to convert a closet into my workspace. I called 3 electricans, Star Electric wsa the only one to respond promptly. One of them said he'd arrive around 11am to 1pm, but didn't even call until 3pm, saying he was on the way. Star Electric was the only responsive, punctual one. Pricing was fair, all estimates were within 10-15% of each other.

With it being an older Palm Springs house, Star Electric Energy was able to address issues that arose during the work, and cut the drywall and put it back on so that all I had to do was slap on some mud and sand it down and put on fresh paint. I now have a nice lil' workspace that makes efficient use of the area. Star Electric was always friendly, punctual, and informative, definitely the electrician I'll always recommend in the area. Picture is the closet workspace after we installed everything else, the 8 plug outlet Star Electric was perfect for my needs.

Having hired Star Electric Energy,
I was amazed at the quality of work that was done! I wanted electronics installed in my living room and two bedrooms. The owner came out and suggested more ways of installing instead of the ""simple"" way I thought of. The price was slightly more but still within my budget. The whole work was much more attractive than I expected. He even wired the living room TV through the wall into my kitchen so the cable box wouldn't show! His price for the completed work was shocking. It was so affordable, I have hired him to do more work next week. Thank you Roland for a fantastic job ! You're the best!

I called Star Electric yesterday and Roland returned my call today and was able to come the same day. We needed an electrician to help us with a demo project so we wouldn't have to worry about wires in the kitchen and getting electrocuted since we're DIYers. He got rid of the wires and put up a power box in an out of the way area so that power is ready to go when we need it. Roland was effective, efficient, personable and super helpful. He even helped us with some demo without us asking him! Talk about going the extra mile! His prices were fair and he did the work on time. I will definitely call on Star Electric for future needs. We are happy customers!

I called this Star Electric more than 20 hours ago, and made note of the name of the person answering my call. Having used their services in the past, I had high expectations. After six hours I called again, but was unable to reach anyone to schedule service. Now, the next day, still no response. I have elected to call another electrical contractor, who immediately scheduled and confirmed the appointment.

Star Electric is the best source for electrical work. The quality and price can't be beat! Roland does high quality work for a very reasonable cost. You can't do better than him really!

No call No show! Don't waste your time with this company. Had an appointment and no show. I waited two hours and called the company and left a message with the answering service. Roland called back with excuses and stated a conversation which never took place. I would of accepted an apology but to make up phony excuses and blame me for his no show is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company!!!
