I have used Stanton Electric for several years to do a variety of jobs. They were excellent and reasonably priced. However, I needed some lights under my kitchen cabinets to be rewired due to a lightning strike. I called and the receptionist told me that they were quite busy and it might take a few days to get to my job. That was ok, it wasn't an emergency. After I didn't hear from anyone in a week, I called back and was told, ""It must have fallen through the cracks."" She told me that she would get right on it. Two weeks later I still had not heard from anyone. So, after three weeks I called and told her that I was sorry to bother her, and I promised to never call again.

I guess they really are very busy, but if this is the way they are doing business now, they won't be for long.
