Don't believe the negative reviews. Jeremiah is super responsive, very responsible and does great work. I have used him numerous times for large and small electrical jobs at our house. I definitely would recommend Stamp Electric.

He had done some work for me several years ago and did ok work. Called him and after I did I remembered I had called him just a couple of years ago and he had ""forgotten"" to come. I was about to call him back when he showed up. After 5 minutes said he couldn't fix it because Edison had to. That was ok. Then...$185 ""for a service call"". He was barely at my house for 10 minutes total! Asked a couple of my neighbors who work construction and they said that was way out of line. Definitely am taking his name out of my book and will never call him again.

I used Jeremiah on a recommendation of my realtor several years ago. He was nice and able to schedule the work to be done quickly. Since then I've had to have most of his work redone due to it not being to code. Don't use Stamp Electric, you'll have to speed more money having the work done a second time being it to code and doing it right.

We recently were having power surges. I called stamp electric and Jeremiah came out promptly. He hooked some wires up to my circuit breaker box and found the issue to be with Edison. Charged 170.00 He said 85.00 was for just getting someone here and gas and 85.00 per hour service call. This was not an emergency call. However to me this seems over priced and something we won't be willing to pay in the future. We also learned a lesson we should have asked the prices ahead of time.

My realtor called him on Saturday.
When he arrived he was here about thirty minutes.
He was polite and check out the issue and said everything was in order
and he could not help me and too call the plumber
I then asked how much for the call and he said $300 since he was called
out on Saturday. I said this was too high for thirty minutes and my agent referred me to him
He lowered it to $225. I was not happy with the price for the time spend and
no repair just check out with a hand meter.

After reading positive reviews, I gave this guy a call. We set up a time to meet, he was a no show. I called him back, he had forgotten about the meeting, made another time to meet. When he did make the next appt. (he does make a great first impression) I did hire him to do the work, but it all seemed to go down hill from there. Several no call, no shows or when he was there to work, he had to go home due to not feeling well or had other appts to attend to. I had a time frame to get things accomplished and working a few hours per day was not going to get the job done. I did let him go after 2 weeks of trying to get my work completed. It took him over 2 months to get a completed bill to me (said he didn't realize I didn't get it) and when I told him I would pay in a couple of weeks, he said that wasn't good enough and threatened me with a lien against my house for non payment. Not sure who does his books, but I am pretty sure you would know if an account hadn't been paid for over 2 months. I had to hire another electrician to come in and finish the job, he also repaired things that Jeremiah didn't do correctly as well as install fixtures Jeremiah told me couldn't be completed. Sadly, I should have not gone forward after the no shows, that is a good indicator of how someone is going to be with the job. I would not rehire him and certainly wish my experience was as good as the others who wrote praising his work.

Jeremiah Stamp is your guy if you need any electrical done! After having moved in to our apartment, we needed a bit of electrical work completed. He was efficient, thorough, and well priced. We will not go to any other company, as I have not experienced such amazing service in quite a long time.

Jeremiah Stamp was referred to me by a friend about 3 years ago. We were remodeling our bathrooms, and he came right out and took care of our needs both efficiently and reasonably priced. We moved about a year ago, and we wouldn't even consider calling anyone else! He is currently working with us on our outdoor lighting needs. When the time comes to remodel this house, he will be our guy!

Shortly after moving in, our neighbor had a devastating fire and completely lost their garage, power box and all. I called Jeremiah, and he was out within the hour. He was able to restore some power and even went as far as to bring them portable heaters. Truly above and beyond!!!

If you need electrical work done, he's your guy!!!

Jeremiah of Stamp Electric recently completed about $2.5k of misc electrical work that another company quoted over $3k to accomplish. His work was superb and he was very professional and exceptionally friendly. Most impressive was his honesty and integrity...he accidentally slightly damaged a picture frame that he could have easily covered up. Instead, he brought the issue to my attention and insisted to pay for a replacement. Highly recommend!!
