Looking to replace and upgrade my electric panel and wanted to get a couple of estimates. First call placed on Jan 6, and left a detailed message. Gave them a couple of days before trying again on Jan 10. Tried again on Jan 12,
Again, just a recorded message. I said if you're too busy or not interested, just give me the courtesy of a call saying so. Very unprofessional and a waste of my time, including writing this critique.

Ryan quickly installed an electric dryer outlet, changed multiple kitchen outlets; investigated, found and corrected a GFI malfunction which rendered multiple outlets inoperable and installed a light post sensor. All-in all a very pleasant experience as I found Ryan to be personable, experienced, knowledgeable, efficient and reasonably priced. I would strongly recommend him.

Knowledgeable, reliable, trustworthy & locally owned. They have done big and small projects for us. Fixed a light switch at our rental property and also did all the electrical work for our remodel. Plan on having them re-do the landscape lighting soon. Would definitely recommend.

I used SRQ Electric in early 2019 to install 5 smoke detectors. Showed up as scheduled and completed the installation in an hour. Charged me $250, a bit pricey in my opinion but no one twisted my arm to agree to this price. Did a good job.

So I called and left a message on their voicemail for a service request when I needed to replace an external electrical outlet. Ryan, the owner, called back almost immediately. He gave me a price including material of $135 total. He said he could come on Monday (this was on Friday). I said I'd let him know. I called and left three different messages with zero response. No one showed up on Monday.

My guess is SRQ Electric got more lucrative jobs for Monday. I'm disappointed in their not ever calling me back after learning what I needed.

Bought a house built in the early 70's in the Gulf Gate area about a year ago. The house had the original electrical panel and my insurance company was not a fan. Ryan and SRQ Electric were referred to me by a work associate of mine. Ryan and his team were easy to get in touch with, came out to evaluate our needs in an amazingly timely manner and gave me an estimate quickly. Once I told him that I wanted to proceed he made short work of calling FPL to schedule a date to shut off the power and pulled permits just a fast.

The day before the job he stopped by and dropped off most of the equipment he would need to replace the panel.
His team showed up on time and started unpacking the equipment they had dropped off and got to work. Ryan and his team were super friendly and easy to work with. They cleaned up nicely after themselves and were beyond professional. I would certainly recommend. On time work and on budget! You can't beat that.

Recently bought a house that this guy clearly worked something out to rig the oven to work for the inspection then the day I move in it stopped working. The seller sent him out to "" fix it"" he replaced breaker knowing that the oven need a bigger wire but to save the seller money and make him future business with the old owner rigged my stove again temporarily. Called a big electric company guess what needed to replace the entire sub panel and run new wire for the stove. $3,000 later that's what this guy will do for you!
